Very easy, he wasn’t able to play his games because his controller wasn’t working right and his on school vacation, so now his very happy being home, and I’m happy that I got the right price and a great experience, I couldn’t ask for more. This membership saved me the $49.99 restocking fee and I could return all cell phones for up to 2 months. It was great especially if I change my mind

I have used this membership several times over the past year and its a mixed bag of benefits. The promise of fast shipping still isnt consistent and my TV install was a tad confusing but overall the membership has saved me money.

The program is great and I get value from it. The overall package is worth it and if others shop at Best Buy frequently, it could be worth getting.

The membership was offered when we purchased out TV, great way to get customers to try it out. We will see if we get any benefits during the year to see if we will renew

I recently upgraded to the Best Buy Plus Membership, and overall, it’s been a worthwhile investment. The perks like free shipping with no minimum purchase, exclusive discounts, and an extended return window are fantastic, especially for frequent Best Buy shoppers. However, the shipping times could be improved. While other companies like Amazon offer same-day delivery, some Best Buy orders can take a week or longer to arrive. Despite this, the dedicated customer support and the added membership benefits make it a good value, but I hope they work on speeding up delivery in the future.

Prices are competitive. Merchandise is abundant and good quality, Service is helpful with a smile, The environment is inviting and friendly.

So far no issues. Haven’t had this in the past, like that I have longer to return products if necessary.

The staff at the 290 south 71 location Austin Texas was wonderful. Especially Chris in appliances who sold us our Bosch dishwasher. (I think it was Chris-please see my order to confirm-he was so knowledgeable)

The customer service staff was polite, although he was frustrated with me for coming back and and asking questions as I would walk away to get my head clear about what he was saying and what he could do for me. He helped spot someone illegally trying to get my information, which I am eternally grateful for.

II have peace of mind knowing I can count on Best Buy if changing my mind on an appliance, for example, withing a 60 day period. I can exchange it for a diffetent brand or model.

I didn't think I would like the membership, but I had to end up using it because the 13 inch screen on my MacBook Air was not big enough for my eyes so I was easily able to upgrade to the 15 inch no problem no hassle.

Tre was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with service.
