I really hardly ever use it. My purchases at Best Buy are usually for appliances and I get those in frequently. In general I like Best Buy.

Having the plus started off great, but soon didn’t save any additional money since it was one of the few things bought during the last year.

It’s a great value transaction. You get lots of inventory at discounted prices. And the stock is always in the store. It’s something to consider seriously if you like Best Buy. I would recommend it for anyone.

Allowed me to have extra days to return a defective cell phone and get it replaced with a new one even though they claimed it shouldn't have when I got to the store. The chat agent told me it did and the store honored their promise.

I been Best Buy premium member client for year an and I love it. Every staff member knows me by my name at local Best Buy. I boy lot of tv so it’s worth the membership as it gives you discount on installation. Also special discounts and exclusive deals. I love it and will continue being a member.

I always shop at Best Buy because I know I can trust them every time.

A really good deal, since it offers me a longer return window on my computers. However, I'm removing one star because even through I'm supposed to have 2 months to return, my Best Buy online account is showing that my return window is only the standard 2 weeks. I'm assuming that they will honor it if I bring the item to the store and return, but still it brings me an uneasy feeling.
