With the basic membership, you get access to “member” pricing on items, which is great. Since BB still price matches other competitors, I wouldn’t buy the membership for the “savings”. I’ve found on average that for most items, the member pricing is only a result of Amazon or another large retailer selling it for less. However, if you have tech autism like I do, the 60 day return policy is amazing. You don’t know how a new piece of tech will fit into your daily routine, so having nearly TWO MONTHS to evaluate has been great. Standard return policies barely even get you enough time to try out a new device, let alone get comfortable with it. If you’ve ever had buyer’s remorse on a purchase, the 50 dollar Plus membership is a reasonable way to avoid that.

I only gave you 3 stars because I was conned into over paying for the tredmill by 75 dollars. The tredmill that I bought was listed for 350 dollars and I was conned into paying 425 dollars by a person that did not speak good the language. This was a rip off. I would like to get some money back!

This membership is a real value, though could be just a tad less in price .

I didn't expect much, as we don't buy much from Best Buy. But then we bought a new dishwasher, which did not perform as expected. Because I made several calls to LG (the manufacturer) we did not get a resolution until after the normal return period. One of the benefits of membership is an extended return period; again, I didn't expect much. We were surprised by how effortless it was to exchange the LG for a different dishwasher. No arguments, no hassle, just a quick delivery and installation of a new machine.

The extended return window is a piece of mind and totally worthy it.

I think this has been one of the greatest purchases ever. I bought a Ryzen 9 and I was upgrading it from a Ryzen 3 and the price for the processor went down in around 20 days after I bought it. I went to Best Buy and they honored the new price and gave me a credit for the difference it was around $300. I already recover my membership purchase.

Now that Apple is in a partnership with BestBuy I’m regularly shopping there. Just a few weeks ago we purchased a 65” TV for my senior friend and they deliver and installed. Very pleased with BedtBuy!

I like having my $50.00 membership at Best Buy. It allowed to get $100.00 back on a Black Friday price drop plus It is actually free since you get to use $50.00 to purchase something in a store. However I do not like that you can not call a local Best Buy store. Their AI is terrible. The choices they offer are worthless. Get a real person to answer your store phones. I have passed up buying many items from Best Buy because I could not check availability at local store.

This membership is worth it especially if you need time to test out the products you purchase. I haven't had any issues at all returning items that I no longer wanted. There are also deals that are exclusive to Best Buy members that I take advantage of because they save me a lot of money.

The product is absolutely perfect I'm glad I did purchase the items. My living room is set up perfect

The Lenovo Yoga Auro I bought was a beautiful looking lemon that came with hardware problems. Had to get it replaced with a new one after investing time and money setting it all up the first time. The Geek Squad at Best Buy is a helpful group of people and I am hoping for the best with this second Lenovo Yoga auro.

We purchased the yearly membership after buying a new TV. The membership allowed us to get a lower price on the TV if the price dropped within three months. When the price dropped within a week, we saved about $400. Thus, the cost of the membership was well worth it.
