I recently purchased my Best Buy membership when I bought a new iPad last month. Haven’t used it yet, though it’s good to have peace of mind with Geek Squad support, and the other perks it offers.

The My Best Buy Membership is great if you shop there often. You get member-only deals, faster shipping, and longer return windows. The paid tiers offer even more, like product protection and tech support. Worth it for frequent buyers—less so if you shop rarely.

I purchased a 75 inch OLED TV and a month later had issues with it. As a member I was able to return it and get a more appropriate for my “too well lit room” and replace it with a QLED. That TV that worked better in a bright room. It was an easy process as a result of having the membership.

Every time I go to the Bestbuy store I’m greeted by a employee which ultimately makes me feel good. Although the store is usually busy, someone always comes to me and asks if I need some assistance or advice. Most of the time I know what I’m looking for and I’m able to advise them. I’m always satisfied after I select my items of interest. The help I received at my last purchase was amazing several employees were available to help me load my 65’ tv in my truck while it was raining outside and I didn’t have to wait or help. This also made me happy. The instructions were very simple to follow when I installed the tv and I was very impressed with the quality of the tv and how easy it was to get the tv working in my favor. I do appreciate the service and customer service and support from all of the employees. Thank you!

BB employee sold me on the idea to purchase the membership due to its major benefit of price matching and flexible return policy…the price matching is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I had purchased a Lenovo Yoga laptop. Within 3 days of purchase I found 4-5 company’s selling the exact same product number/hardware/software specs. I went to my local store 5 minutes drive away. Customer Service refused to honor the match citing those companies were not competitors. (Any company that could win a sale from BB is a competitor). I’m drive home , factory reset the new Yoga7 and drove back to BB and the Store Manager processed the return! Went home and purchased a better system config directly on Lenovo Site and saved $200 ! The membership - waste of $50.!

This membership paid for itself in less than one month. I was able to get the sale price a month after my purchase with an easy phone call to Best Buy. They credited my account right then for the difference between what I paid and the new sale price. Super service and I will be using this feature a lot in the future.

It saves a lot when making purchases especially on larger items. You get many good benefits being a member.
