I purchased Bestbuy Plus. I found the price worth it because the savings have succeeded the purchase price. My first purchase was a Samsung refrigerator and with my membership I saved over $100 plus delivery. I have had many apple products fixed or I was given brand new (refurbished) ones to replace it. Overall, it was worth it for my family. My kids were able to use the online chat with geek squad, many times, to get help with their laptops ! Even our pets enjoy Bestbuy!

I love my new game it is fun and interesting. A twist on normal shop games. Although i am disappointed in the shipping. I paid to get it early instead of doing the free shipping. It came late. I received it on the day free shipping would have had it here. So i am angry that i had to pay for shipping if i didn't get it any earlier.

I thought this membership made a lot of sense for things like electronics as there were incentive kickbacks as well as extended return windows on TVs from 15 to 90 days. Overall it was a good membership; however, the rotating offers didn't line up with what I was shopping at the time making it less valuable in my opinion.

The Samsung Bespoke 29 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex Refrigerator looks amazing in white glass and has tons of space. I love the Family Hub+ screen and the internal cameras—they’re actually useful for checking groceries. Cooling performance has been great so far. The only downside is the ice maker, which can be inconsistent at times. Overall, a stylish, modern fridge with lots of smart features.

I had what I thought was an air bubble on my tv .. the awesome assistant came over and cleaned what I thought was the air bubble , which turned out to be just dirty. One of the main reasons for the five stars is Bryan, a helpful and very good-natured floor rep at the Dedham branch in Massachusetts. When we come in knowing the category of product we need, but not knowing a brand or model, we can rely on him to guide us to products that have proven effective and durable for us at a much higher rate than earlier before we found him. Then he spends time helping us get the best prices on them that Best Buy can offer, sometimes a complex process. Overall the human factor like this is still crucially important in making us regular customers at a store. There are so many products sold by Best Buy in each product category, and often the particular models recommended by supposedly "objective" consumer rating services like CR and the New York Times' Wirecutter are not among them, that a good in store guide who is honest is essential to guide lay people towards purchasing an item that will be satisfactory, and avoiding high markup "duds". The payoff to the store is possibly accepting the tradeoff of lower markups on immediate sales, but gaining much stronger customer loyalty, and thereby higher returns in the medium and long term through a significantly higher aggregate gross sales amount over the years. Bryan serves Best Buy well in this respect and we greatly appreciate his services, making the Dedham store the first place we go to whenever we need an appliance or office equipment.

Am happy to finally join the Best Buy membership. I was hesitant before due to the annual fee, but am now glad to be on board as the savings are better than ongoing Geek squad support and membership benefits
