I had the pleasure of working with a superb Best Buy employee whose name I wish I could remember. I purchased the Sonos arc and subwoofer . I was a little hesitant but the employee made me feel safe purchasing the membership.

I recently purchased a ReMarkable tablet from Best Buy as I'm a research scientist attempting to become "paper free". I wasn't sure if the device would work for me and explained that to the associate registering the purchase. They explained that my ability to return the device would be greatly extended if I renewed my Best Buy Plus membership. This was very helpful information and definitely gave me comfort as the paperless tablet represents a major shift in the way I take notes and consume scientific literature. Even though I am pleased with the device, knowing that I had a reasonable amount of time to trial it was very helpful.

This membership offers great value. The member pricing, combined with unlimited Geek Squad support, makes it extremely worthwhile. I also appreciate the peace of mind that comes with having protection plans on our purchases.

The delivery was very good the product was ok. The TV occasionally blacks out for a couple of seconds which is annoying especially when it does so at critical points. In addition, it comes from the factory with a backlighting (brightness) level set at its highest which can affect the life of certain component parts, and I do not know how to change it. Other than that, it's good value.

2 month price guarantee is the best thing about this. Buy what you want, come back in for a refund later cause things go on sale at least once a month. Don't gotta wait for things to sell out.

Seems pretty good for the price point but not sure if I’ll renew it

Have had a great experience with this membership. The additional return time was very helpful and giving me confidence to purchase an open box laptop,by knowing I had the extended 60 day return policy with the membership. I’ve also received two different promotional $10 my Best Buy rewards certificates, a nice additional perk to offset membership cost. Of course, this promotion has served it’s purpose for BestBuy by encouraging me to purchase additional items. Overall, I would recommend it if you plan to purchase many items, or expensive electronics that you are not sure will work out for your needs from Best Buy over a calendar year.

I love my My Best Buy Plus™ membership. It's been a game-changer for me, especially since I buy most of my tech from Best Buy anyway. The annual fee pays for itself after just one or two purchases with the member-only pricing. The extended 60-day return window is also a huge plus. It just gives me peace of mind knowing I have plenty of time to test out a product to make sure it's the right fit.

I like this membership as it has saved me money. I haven't used the Geek Squad portion of it mainly because I work in IT and can fix my issues myself. I've saved enough each year that it covers the cost of the plan.

I guess it’s ok…I haven’t really found this tier anything extra special. I should have opted for the more expensive tier that way I could have gotten free service plans with everything I bought.

Easy to make returns. I wish there was a way that Best Buy could contact us if there was a price drop on large ticket items so we could get a refund. Kind of a pain to have to keep checking the price.

Kevin and Alex did an outstanding job with the removal of my old refrigerator and the installation of my new replacement refrigerator. They were prompt, courteous, considerate of my home, and very professional in the installation. They checked to see if the refrigerator was functioning properly and removed all refuge in the process. I am a very pleased customer.

Happy with it just I was under the impression that when I purchase this I would get extra time on warranty but was wrong and 60 day extended return policy besides that happy with it

I'm an au pair, and this subscription is worth it for me since I get discounts on certain items—so, in a way, I've already recouped the money I spent on the subscription
