I'll be honest, I don't use 100% of the benefits from this membership, but the few I have used work well, so I'm satisfied, but it's not something I use to the fullest.

Im a member because I am technically challenged. However; I purchased a television and nobody took my phone number or recorded that it was me. I didn’t notice that they failed to extract my information at time of checkout. I’ve lost the receipt and there’s no way of tracing it. BIG bummer. Not happy about it and I’m a member! I’ll still stay a member, but I expect more. My TV is broken and now I have no recourse.

I have enjoyed having Best Buy Plus with the exclusive access to sales and upcoming products. The free 2-day shipping has been very helpful, along with having the 60-day return policy. Best Buy has been our best choice for purchasing electronic devices as I know we will have ongoing support. Our appliances have also been top-notch, and the sales reps have gone out of their way to make sure our purchase fit our needs and our budget.

Don't think on this one, its worth it. You recover the fee amount in the next purchase or two.

Just get it! You will thank yourself later when the price drops on an item you just bought. Price match is exceptional.

I'm not sure what it did other than save me money on my laptop when I first subscribed. But that was worth the price of admission.

It's great if you purchase a lot of electronics like I do. You can usually get many of the same products for the same price at other places, but you can't goof around with it first if you are shopping at just an online retailer. I am a very hands on experience what I can first kind of guy.
