Getting this membership is one of the best decisions I have ever made. We took advantage of it the first day we got it and I can't wait for Christmas! Everyone loves electronis.

Membership saved me money right away and I get special deals and discounts on items I actually want to purchase. I’ve been a long time fan of the six-twelve-eighteen months same as cash payment option with the BB credit card. That was often the only way I could afford electronics for my kids. With membership benefits on top of that, it’s a total win-win. I do not hesitate to support Best Buy as a company. They are still an actual store you can go to and have in person customer support. Not to mention they provide jobs in the community. I am not affiliated with BB in any way other than being a customer for many years. This membership is well worth the money and you should get it!!

Member prices, and geek squad support are nice to have.

I love the 60 day return policy. Its hassle free if the item you buy goes on sale in that 60 day period. I already recovered close to $100 from a back to school sale that happened after my purchase.

Great catch and way to save when you make purchases

We were looking for a replacement TV. Best Buy had the quality TV we wanted. They also helped us take advantage of their credit service. It's been great!

I love the 2 month price match! Great for the holidays! I paid $40 but already saved hundreds with it!

This is def worth it if you shop at best buy multiple times a year. Just the saving on products can pay the membership cost. The 60 day return is also a great bonus

My Best Buy Plus is a decent program that offers several unique discounts in addition to standard sale pricing on a variety of relevant products. The benefits vary in value, however, so to each their own on whether or not participating is worth it. If you regularly purchase from Best Buy at least for big ticket items, I'd recommend it overall - especially as a card holder.

The installer was amazing. So knowledgeable. Our home is older and complicated. He just dealt with everything efficiently and calmly. Of course the dishwasher is excellent, but the installer made such an impression. Five stars to the dishwasher. Six stars to the installer.

My experience with Zane was very impressive. My phone was broken and I’d forgotten my passwords. He helped me pick out a phone and worked thru the problems until I had it all up and working. He even made sure it worked thru the audio in my car. Friendly smart an excellent representative for your company. Every other employee said Zane was the best.
