The membership is great. We don’t have to pay extra for coverage of the product we purchased. we are customers for a long time , but weren’t a member so I want to thank the sale rep for telling us about the membership.

I’m not too sure what this membership gives me as it wasn’t fully communicated but to my knowledge I believe it gets discounted or some thing when I make a purchase I’m not too sure. I truly only want the canon g7x camera from Best Buy but they never seem to have it in stocks

This membership really has great value if you are a repeat customer. There is comfort in knowing you have extra time to try your purchases and time to return them if need be. They let you know about all the discounts you can receive on specific proudest threw the members app!

Good to have but this has only really helped me in buying an Xbox elite series CJ troller around $50 off. Great for people who love just shopping at Best Buy.

This is the first time to have the membership for Best Buy and so far I like it. I have used it once. I am hoping to make better use of it in the future, right now the budget is too tight. This makes my shopping experience a lot better by not having to pay shipping. The sales they are having are good. I just am not shopping for anything at present time. But I have another nine or so months of the membership. Looking forward to using it more.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Marcus as my sales rep to help me with purchasing and setting up Hue products. He told me that I could install myself. So I have installed all parts. Very easy. Great guy.

We just purchased two computers and needed to transfer the data to the new computers from old windows 7. The Best Buy total plan covered both computers and a laptop we already had saving us hundreds in geek squad charges.
