I didn’t use it as much as I thought it would I love the concept and the idea and it worked well when I did use it

So far it’s good but I have not had it long enough to tell you if it’s good or not

We had an issue with our previous security camera. I'm extremely happy to say that we have had zero issues with our Ring security cameras since we bought them a couple months ago. Hopefully I didn't just jinx it..... but the staff member that assisted was great! He thoroughly explained the membership and we were able to get back around $160 about a month after purchase when the items went on sale. So far, everything has been working out very well and I have no complaints.

I just moved from AZ to TX and needed a variety of new household appliances. Best Buy had the best prices, and products compared to many competitors, plus the free financing for 24 months made my move so much easier!!! I’ve also had to purchase 2 new TV’s amend mounts. The staff involved were all professional and very helpful

I have not really use and/or experience the value of this membership, other than knowing I have 90 days to return/exchange a product. I have not also use the services available from the Geek Squad.

I’ve gotten good service and good value from my membership. I initially agreed to this membership to get a discount on one purchase. However, I’ve used it since then for several more. The chat support has been excellent and helped me with price matching and other discounts.

The My Best Buy Plus membership is a great value for frequent shoppers. The discounts, member-exclusive deals, and access to Geek Squad support provide added convenience and peace of mind. I also appreciate the flexibility in managing purchases with protection plans. However, I’d love to see even more benefits or a loyalty rewards program for members. Overall, it’s worth the investment, especially if you regularly shop at Best Buy.

I'm thrilled with my new smart TV. I had no idea of all the amazing features it had until I got it home. It's incredible! I can control everything with my voice, from checking the weather to searching for videos on YouTube. Plus, I have real-time access to all my Ring cameras installed in my home, which provides great peace of mind. The picture quality is exceptional, and it offers a ton of extras that make it worth every penny. The only aspect that could be improved is the audio, which sounds good but might not be enough for a loud party. Nevertheless, I still recommend it to all my friends. In summary, it's the best smart TV I've had, and at an excellent price.
