The service is great and so is the managers and sale people. They make sure any problems I had with shipped items was corrected and in store purchases also was Ttaken care of. Bought it for the return policy and upgraded warranty options for my MacBook. Still to be determined how much I will use my membership. Haven't shopped in Best Buy for awhile, but the deal on the MacBook was stellar.

I purchased the membership when I biught my new Hisence TV over the phone at Best Buy. The worker on the ohine said that the delivery guys would take TV out of box, put stand on it and place on the TV stand. The delivery guys said that it is out of their ability and that it would cost another $200 to do this. Frustrating that the phone staff did not know what was possible and also the delivery guys did not know what the phone person had told me. Especially frustrating that i could never talk directly with Best buy staff from the Coralville, Iowa store. I dont think the membership purchase was really worth it for me.

I went to the store to visit with Geek Squad to help me with a tech issue. I very pleased with the knowledge the associate had. She helped me with my issue and showed me a couple more tech options.

I purchased the Best Buy plus membership because we usually make a large purchase at least once a year from BB. The benefits include a sixty day return policy which it’s important to me and which is why I visited BB recently. My recent return was so easy.

We arrived at the store and were greated by a person that directed us to the department we needed. Then Richard arrived to help. He was very helpful and gave us various choices of product. we settled on one product and he checked us out explaining every thin in full detail. I would definately us Richard again.

Worth it every step of the way, I have used my price match 2 times since purchasing the membership and it saved me over $200 within just a week of ownership! Would definitely recommend buying!

If you plan to visit or shop from the store a few times with ticket items in the hundreds, the plan is the way to go as some of the flash sales are truly money-savers... bought the Chromebook I'm currently typing on for 50% off in such a deal!
