I wasn't sure what to expect from My Best Buy Plus membership, but I have been pleasantly surprised by its many benefits. From member-only special deals to numerous rewards, I am very happy with it.

This membership is ok if you fits you. It didn’t me. I had no problems, it’s just that I never used it. So I’m not sure I could give an accurate review. It might fit you and if it does then that’s great. I hope it works for all of you.

I love having a 60 day return window instead of the normal 15 days. Gives me more time to decide if I like the item or not.

Not enough value for the $49.99 unless you are spending wads of money on different promotions where “for every $150 spent get $5 back” sort of thing.

I purchased this because it was less than the cost of the reward that was being offered on the TV I was purchasing. That part was great. It took a few weeks but the reward show up. I spent that right away, then earned another. My only gripe is the new reward was given right away, but there is nothing I need right now. These rewards expire pretty quickly, so this was basically lost.

I bought this membership and I didn’t even want to but now that I did I don’t think I could go back

This membership has paid for itself. We've only had it a short time but it was worth it for us because of items we needed to purchase. When buying our TV the young man that helped us was very knowledgeable.

Your online help desk is the worst is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Will never waist my time with them. The in store help is the best. Out sourcing yo help desk overseas is a big mistake. I can’t understand any of the people on the phone. Not good Best Buy.

I was told that if I bought the plan I would get the discounts on anything that went on sale over the holidays if I purchased in October. The salesperson was trying to sell me the membership and told me I would get my money back in the end. I bought 2 Nintendo switches for my daughters birthday end of October. The salesperson told me if the switches went on sale for the holidays I would get that money back. I was told I would get an email when they go on sale and I could use that link to go on the website to claim the money difference. The switches were $50.00 less for the holidays and I got no email. I went on the site and could not find where I could get the refund for the difference. I called the branch number and could not talk to an actual person. I live over an hour away from the closest Best Buy so I could not just drive over since I work a lot. I would like to still get the $50.00 off of each switch if what was told to me true.

Great service. Love being able to return within 60 days and try something different.

This membership has great value! Not only do you get the best discounts, if you do have issues, you can just come in and visit the geek squad.

Super useful, I had extended time to return my headphones for an issue that I didn’t see until later. Love the price matching too. One of my better choices to get this.

I originally called the 888 number for my price match refund. It was very hard to understand the phone rep, she also told me that I was not eligible for any refund. I disagreed and she instructed me to head to the store. I did go the store in Ashwaubenon, and was refunded the price match with no questions asked. It took all of 30 seconds. I am very disappointed in the 888 number quality of customer service. What she told me was 100% incorrect and she would not transfer me to her supervisor when I asked. So for that part of my ordeal, I would rate it a 1. For the customer service I recd directly at the store, I would give it a 5.
