Great option for those who need a longer time to see if you enjoy a project instead of having 15 days to return a product you get 60 instead as well the membership pricing pays for itself with the savings.

Just get it for the year you buy an appliance. Their price guarantee is also nice to have. I’m hoping to use it for a new phone soon. Their member-only prices for appliances was quite nice, undercutting the prices for other competitors (home depot, lowes, etc).

I had a completely unpleasant experience buying a fridge.. Then I canceled that purchase when it was delayed by 3 months. I then purchased a floor model that was delayed in delivery as well. During the cancellation of the first fridge we purchased, They signed me up for this when I purchased the floor model, and gave me a pile of gift cards, which I then used to pay for said floor model fridge. I haven't been back in the store or to the website since. The experience was complete trash. Then this e-mail showed up, so here I am. Why did I sign up for this 'Membership' that I know nothing about, and never use since I'm never in store... which is 50+ miles from my home... a store that I might visit once a year....... Granted, When I do visit, I usually buy expensive things.. $700 tv.. $1000 fridge... so forth, but I only shop with you once a year... maybe once every 5 years... depending on my tech needs... Why and what does this membership do other than send me spam?

I have had the membership for a couple of months. Not sure I'm seeing value yet. Also, I was somewhat duped into buying this. The associated told me that by signing up and paying the $49.99 I was eligible for $150 in money to spend. I was lead to believe that even though the certificate would expire, that I just needed to call, etc. That turned out not to be true. Through my purchases I qualified for rewards certificates. These are available to everyone, not just BB members and they expired in a month. I called to get them extended as I was traveling and didn't yet have a need for something but was told these were the type of certificates that could not be extended. Sigh. And..on top of all this, some of my purchases the day I bought the membership are not showing on my account. I did an online chat and called customer service but they basically said, "we can see it; don't know why you can't; trust us." Strike two. So far, not really seeing the advantage to the membership. Will be looking into whether I can cancel and they pro rate my refund. Somehow I doubt it.

I’ve always purchased my TV’s, speakers and other gadgets from Best Buy. I always get good products, best customer service online and in store. I’ve always been offered warranties and other helpful options. Best Buy is the epitome of true customer service.

I TRIED WHILE IN STORE AND IT WAS NOT TRUE, WE CALLED AND WAS INFORMED THAT CANNOT BE DONE. I WAS NOT MAD BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO ASSISTED ME WITH MY PURCHASE WAS AWESOME UNLIKE ANOTHER MANAGER WHO WAS COLD AND UNHELPFUL.
