Thanks to my membership I have awesome support for my purchases

I honestly thought this would be another subscription I signed up for and eventually forgot about until I cancelled. Though this membership has paid for itself thrice at this point because of the deals that comes with it. While I haven't always thought of Best Buy first when I am wanting or needing something, I have started transitioning to looking at membership specials on items I want/need before checking elsewhere since signing up for the membership because of the great promos.

Although initially skeptical, this membership was very helpful. I had some issues after my TV was expertly set up that impacted my being able to watch the TV. Although the fault was with my provider, the Geek Squad came and fixed it. Because of my membership, not only did I get a prompt response, but I did not incur any further charges.

It has save me money and have given deals that are beyond reasonable price . This enables buyers to buy more and the sales are good and help the company make more profits because of many people being attracted to the discount .

I recently purchased the My Best Buy Plus™ - Yearly Membership and, to be honest, I haven't found it to be very useful so far. While the idea of member pricing and perks is appealing, I haven't made enough purchases to justify the annual cost. The discounts on the items I was interested in were minimal, and I would have been better off just waiting for a general sale. I also haven't needed to take advantage of the extended return window or free 2-day shipping often enough to feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Unless you are a very frequent or big-ticket Best Buy shopper, the value proposition of this membership is quite limited

It’s an okay subscription overall. I joined hoping it would improve my chances of getting limited-quantity products, but Best Buy doesn’t seem to prioritize members for those releases.

The membership was a great value. The huge 100” TV was a great buy with the membership I got the TV delivered with installation included. The 3 gentlemen they sent was professional and so polite and did a great job with the installation and setup for the Hisense TV. Will definitely be buying any of my electronic needs from Best Buy.

The membership has already paid for itself. If I make no more purchases for the rest of the membership it would still have been worth it. The problem is the store associates that make it difficult to use. It would be nice to be able to take care of the price matching within the app itself. Rather than going into the store and dealing with terrible associates and then having to do it over the phone. The associates over the phone are great though.
