I like having the 60 day extended return window for members.

Who is the best purchase saver was easy Employees was good.

The salesman recommended it to save on my phone purchase, so I signed up at that time. Haven't used it since.

The person who helped me out they were so kind respectfully and it looks like they do appreciate the customers that we’re so kind enough, even though there were a misunderstanding with my TV order that were still kind and apologize

A noble employee (JV) reasonably explained the benefits and the cost of Best Buy Plus when I was planning on getting a computer. I ended up signing up for it when I eventually purchased one. The internal price match was also something he'd explained to me, citing his own experience utilizing that price match--I was able to get an extra $100 back when I checked a sale email from you guys and called for a price match. Solid business practice.

I would love to say membership is the best but in all honestly can't because when we signed up for it I wasn't aware you needed to make an appointment anytime you need even very minor assistance with your cell phone or lap top. I realize I'm not a computer or iphone whiz or expert but come on guys, the greeter at the door said I needed an appointment just to ask a simple question about my new iphone which Best Buy supports. That turns me off to being a Best Buy member. Perhaps you could change your policy at the front door to include it's ok to seek an answer to a question from tech support without an appointment.

We have been having trouble with our appliances so we decided to go to Best Buy and buyba set of washer and dryer. The person who attended to us is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answers all our questions and also made some tips thats helpful to us. We really like him and since we cant biy at that same day. We waited for his next schedule so could complete the transaction of owning a new washer and dryer. Thank you Best Buy.

I was skeptical about purchasing this membership. Ended up getting it because the rewards dollars basically cover the cost of year one. I’ve saved so much more already. Very pleased with the membership.

I love this store. I’m able to buy all the newest and latest toys and gadgets when they come out and as needed for work. With the Best Buy membership I’m able to return things if need be longer and that really helps out. They also have progressive leasing which I can use to purchase anything to a certain amount and pay it off but I usually do the early purchase option 90 days same as cash no interest and no credit required

This membership served us well. We had to purchase some big-ticket items (MacBook, washer and dryer) and relied on Best Buy Plus to make sure we got the best prices. We received money back because the MacBook price went down after we bought it.

The membership doesn't give you really good deals, they basically subtract the money of the subscription and other 20 dollars and that's it, the deals are very random and useless. Good points for extending warranty from 15 to 60 days. Other than that is not very useful.

We just joined a couple months ago, however we have saved money by being a member.
