I'm trying out the membership and it’s been decent so far. The best part is being able to try products and return them with no hassle. It also gives credits from purchases, which adds some value. Overall, it’s been worth it, but I’m still debating if I’ll renew for next year.

We are glad we purchased this. It allowed us to have 2 months to return a TV instead of 2 weeks. After a couple weeks our TV started having issues and without this membership we would have been out of luck. We also go a $50 reward for it so it essentially paid for itself.

When I signed up for Plus it was a worthwhile investment. It had perks that fit my most common purchases (those being video game related, especially the Switch). They’ve since removed all of those perks. I’m borderline 3-4 stars cause I did get decent use out of those benefits before they were taken away but as it currently is setup I don’t believe it would be worth renewal.

The lady at the customer service was amazing. She helped me exchange my Ninja blender for another with blending cups also! First time, in a long time I haven't been mentioned about a BEST BUY membership! And I've been going to this location for years. I walked out of the shop happy and glad I met this team worker. Now I am prepared ahead of time for upcoming specials and deals--especially for Black Friday coming up! Thank you, she was exceptionally wonderful and it reminded me of what used to be the top-of the line service when you would walk into any Best Buy and every team member would ask if you needed help. This was the best service I've experienced anywhere in quite a while.

As our salesperson told us when we bought our TV, we should watch for sales around Super Bowl. I did and called yesterday to claim my difference. Once I had a person on the phone, she was so polite, so quick, and handled everything perfectly. So impressed with our knowledgeable salesperson and the woman who refunded us the sale price difference.

If you like electronics and you shop at Best Buy, I recommend you take advantage of the plus membership! It’s a no brainer, you have extended returns, you could buy something and no questions asked they’ll exchange it or give you your money back and also the support is great.

I’m very happy with the My Best Buy Plus membership. The member prices are great, and I really appreciate having unlimited Geek Squad support. It gives me peace of mind and helps me save on my purchases.
