    We had been having problems with a mobil phone hearing impaired app connection on a galaxy phone and purchased an iphone. The staff was very patient in changing over the old to new phone and pairing the hearing aids. Being older customers the option to come in with a scheduled app appealed to us.

    The BB membership is a great value! I have been able to go back on multiple items that I've purchased and gotten a price match which has paid for my membership tenfold. Great benefits for a great value

    My Fit Bit died and past the warranty so was able to get a new and better one in record time at a very reasonable cost. Then the sales person noticed my cell was glowing and ready to catch on fire. I couldn't believe it and I finished the transaction and proceeded to replace my cell.

    The membership alone has done wonders. It has helped me price match and receive services I wouldn’t have imagined. The geek squad is also helpful in assisting with repairs and the customer service line is incredible.

    This membership is fantastic because it allows you to save lots of money. You can enjoy discounts on anything you purchased 60 days after delivery. I highly recommend it!!

    This membership offered some good discounts. If you wanted to buy items that included such an offer. Other items I was shopping for we’re not discounted by being a member.

    I would give a better review if it was just about the customer service, but i specifically got this in case anything happened with my daughters new tablet i bought at the same time. Little over 2 weeks later the tablet wont turn on. Everyone tells me its probably a manufacturer defect, but i need to a schedule an appointment with Geek Squad cause blue shirts cant if it works or not. So i schedule an appointment and make time out of my day to come in and have someone in a black shirt take a look at it and tell me the exact same thing, but they dont do repairs in store, so they will.have to send it out and i should have it backnin 2-3 weeks. Ive been keeping track of the status and not only are they not done confirming its a dud,it hasnt even made it to the repair site yet? Its been 20 days. You ask for a review on my membership, and i tell you if this is the kind of treatment you get if you pay for it, i shudder too think what normal customers deal with. Im not confident i will be keeping this membership.

    My salesperson was great, very knowledgeable. Understood exactly what I needed and wanted, did not pressure or try to upsell me.... Good guy.... I felt he was legitimately honest
