However, it's worth noting that a robust WiFi connection is crucial to avoid potential delays that could impact the overall viewing experience. The sound quality, while not exceptional, can be improved with the addition of a soundbar.

On December 2, 2024 I returned a Samsung Framed Television. It was an out of box purchase I made a few weeks prior. I had lost the receipt. The young man and Manager were wonderful. They helped me get the item out of my car. They gladly looked up my receipt on line and processed the return. I returned the TV at the Polaris location in Columbus Ohio. Exceptional Customer Service!
