The team at this store (in Poughkeepsie, NY) are absolutely THE best. And I was very happy to purchase my device and this plan. I generally don’t buy plans but this was essentially a super value - and easy decision.

The membership plan is excellent value, esp the fact that you get geek squad protection on purchases, gives you great peace of mind. Also the selection of products and customer service you get from Best Buy is simply outstanding.

I would like to thank the Verizon Rep for noticing I was paying on 2 Membership plans. And for the guy who helped me with merging my 2 accounts and putting in a ticket for it to be looked at with my sons PS purchase in October of why the person checking me out didn't notice this and sold me another plan.

So far my experience has been really great - multiple of my purchases have had discounts of hundreds of dollars. I got it on a whim when a tv I was buying was offering $300 off but it’s come in handy many times since.

I got this membership because Best Buy contacted me after I had bought a new soundbar. They told me that the item I bought was $170 off if I was a member and they could refund me that amount if I joined. I think I'll be renewing this membership because there are some really great savings available.

I was told that after a couple weeks I would see a rebate or such on my Best Buy credit account of the $50 it cost to enroll. Nope, hasn't happened. I should have known better. Plus, the computer i bought will be going on sale and I can come in and get refunded that difference in price. We'll see. I give Best Buy 3 more weeks. Next time I will very seriously look to buy online, direct, or from Amazon. Best Buy needs to change thr reputation and this doesn't help.

Best Buy has good equipment and quick delivery. I never expect what I am getting from. I can read him hundred percent over 100.
