Best Buy has good equipment and quick delivery. I never expect what I am getting from. I can read him hundred percent over 100.

Saving money is great, but my experience with every person I come in contact with at the store is unbelievably awesome. My advice for any company running a business that has poor customer service, would be to come visit my Best Buy store in Owasso and see what great customer service is really like. My membership is icing on the cake as far as I’m concerned.

I got this membership through a promotion when I bought my gaming laptop. So far I absolutely see the value in this membership as many items I have purchased at Best Buy since have been cheaper than in store prices. Return policy is extended and you have access to offers just for plus members.

Best Buy Plus membership is the best! I am doing 2 renovations and I get updates all the time. One TV I bought when down in porice 3 times withinthe 2 months and I had no problems getting the price adjustments. I also love that BB bought Pacific Sales for high end appliances. Excellent service and terrific sales all the time. We'll renew our membership even after the renovations. Thanks Best Buy!

I didn't realize all the exclusive deals and incentives this program had and as a tech enthusiast it seems silly to have disregarded it for so long. The more time I spend with the membership the more value I find.

I had to buy this plan to return headphones (never opened) that I had purchased 1 month earlier. I bought the headphones online and was given a pair as a present so I did not need this pair. Spent $50 on this 1 year plan just to return. Unlikely I will use this membership and next time I make a purchase I will be going somewhere that honors more than 2 weeks to return merchandise. Given the amount of money I have spent with Best Buy over the last several years this has completely changed my perception of their customer service.

I purchased the daily bugle Spider-Man Lego set with my Best Buy plus membership and the discount provide was amazing I use my discount for other Lego sets as well and I love it, thank you for giving discounts!

Erik took a lot of time to help me find the perfect and correct Sirius radio kit for my husband for Father’s Day. He also helped me make an appointment at the Bay Shore store for installation. He was capable and professional.
