I went to the Aventura Best Buy to purchase a USB sleeve to go over an older flash drive to fit the iMac that we purchased at Best Buy. The customer service assistant was great, looked for the product and then walked to where it was located and then took me back to the customer service register where I pad for the product. The Service tech was extremely gracious, and made the experience a pleasure. Thankyou!

Have used the membership in the past--good deals on laptop computers and all electronics--it pays for itself after one use. Able to have extended time to do returns if needed, and with all the busy schedules, this is priceless!

We purchased the membership in conjunction with our purchase of a new refrigerator. We received an even deeper discount on an already discounted priduct. This one purchase more than paid for the membership.

The membership is great. I’ve gotten discounts on items that I wouldn’t expect. Also my returns, I can try them out a little longer before actually returning it. It gives you more time to confirm it that is the right product for you.

Save me a lot of money on getting a laptop! And also give me access to more deals. I really liked it when I had it!

I really do miss the time when the membership covers deliveries though! In general, I've had terrible experience with Best Buy membership and only got this to get a really good price on the stove.

Great membership to have. Love having the 60 day price match time frame and return period.

The membership has been a good value so far (relatively new to it). There are frequent memebers only prices at a savings that is big enough to cover the cost of the memeberahip for those that regularly shop at Best Buy. The extended return policy is nice too. I am not sure what level of Geek Squad suppprt is included but intend on finding out soon (having issues with my desktop pc). If you are a frequent shoper at Best Buy then I would reccomend this. If you are an occasional shopper at BB then the value would be somewhat diminished.

I signed up for Plus as part of a promotion, so the cost and the reward basically cancelled each other out. Based on my spending habits, I only saved about $22 dollars that year with the membership. When it came time for renewal, I didn't really see the value, but I did opt to upgrade to the Total tier which gives you 2 years of geek squad coverage per product. Since i was buying a new laptop at the time, that felt like a much better fit for my needs. My biggest complaint is there's not an easy way to upgrade or downgrade yet. You have to cancel the existing membership and buy the one you want.

This membership is a real value. Worth every penny
