I was so pleased to be approved/qualified to establish a financing plan courtesy of Best Buy. Purchased a wonderful 75" Samsung television and wall mount. Received the credit card and am looking forward to perhaps buying headphones to better enjoy this amazing television. I love my experience with Best Buy plus being able to get your stuff in a two day span or if anything happens with your PC you can go back and get it fixed for free. The fact that most of the stuff in the store is half off depending on what you buy and there’s literally a geek squad where you can go and take a PC and they could put in the parts for you. It’s amazing.

This membership for $50 is ok and I hope it will provide great value over the next year but what I'd like to see is for Best Buy to bring back the "Geek Squad" membership that included free delivery and installation of things like appliances. We had that membership for years but then cancelled it when they removed this benefit.

I like the plan, get good benefits and perks! But I really got it for Pokémon card shopping online. Zero luck there! So haven’t really purchased much to really found out the good stuff lol auto checkout bots clear the stuff before you can even view the item.

The Best Buy experience with consult,purchase, and installation has been excellent. I’ve been surprised at how well different departments have communicated to insure our home theater upgrade was completed on time and minimal hassles.

I’ve really been enjoying my Best Buy membership! The perks definitely pay off—free shipping, member-only deals, and those early access sales are clutch. It’s saved me a good bit of money on electronics and gadgets I’d be buying anyway. Plus, having an extended return window gives me peace of mind. If you shop there a few times a year, it’s totally worth it.

Best membership purchase! The extended 60-day return option is great, we had an issue with a product and were able to return it with no problem. The exclusive pricing is a great bonus we’ve used many times. Overall great value!

This is great! My experience with it has already been positive especially when purchasing products that were amazing but for some reason decided to stop working a little after the return window.

Haven’t had to use the geek squad yet hopefully I won’t have to but so far everything‘s been going pretty smooth the sales people were very helpful and I’m happy with my purchase

Even with the yearly cost this program is AWESOME. I purchased a laptop but was able to catch it at $100.00 dollars cheaper with in the 60days of extended time for return or the price being lower than the original purchase price. Thanks Bestbuy!

It was okay. I didn’t know that this added feature was auto added to my purchase. I did not know if I could refuse this membership or not. It’s kinda like I was forced into getting it as it was added to my purchase. I wish I was told before hand and was explained to me before it was sold to me.
