Has a lot of value, especially in price match aspect. 10/10 if you regularly shop with Best Buy

Haven't used it yet, but I was able to return a purchase that was over 30 days..That was a plus..and now I get emails about special deals.

My Windows 11 laptop crashed and Dell could/would not recover it. i took it to best buy and the Geek Squad did a factory reinstall and restored all of my data. They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do.

I am glad for this membership because it will protect my nephews Christmas gift.

I had to buy this plan to return headphones (never opened) that I had purchased 1 month earlier. I bought the headphones online and was given a pair as a present so I did not need this pair. Spent $50 on this 1 year plan just to return. Unlikely I will use this membership and next time I make a purchase I will be going somewhere that honors more than 2 weeks to return merchandise. Given the amount of money I have spent with Best Buy over the last several years this has completely changed my perception of their customer service.

Great clear picture. Easy to navigate and good remote that is easy to operate. Sales person was very good at explaining the different TV’s so we could make our decision.

Our experience with the recent purchase and installation of the Frame Series TV was far less than expected. While the sales process was excellent—the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful—the installation service, for which we paid extra, did not meet our expectations. The delivery and installation date was rescheduled twice, and throughout the process, we were not provided with a definitive installation time. This lack of clear communication left us uncertain and inconvenienced. On the day of installation, we waited all day for the technician, who finally arrived just before 7:00 PM. To make matters worse, all of the equipment was transported in the back of his pickup truck, exposed to the rain that day. It became apparent that the installer was unfamiliar with the product when he referred to the manual to determine how to properly mount the TV. He was at our home until almost 9:00 PM, which was much later than anticipated. After he left, we discovered several issues with the installation: the sound bar was angled away from the wall because it was mounted before attaching the frame to the TV, the TV itself was not level, and the mounting was not centered on the wall. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the installation service. The workmanship did not reflect the standards we expected, especially considering the additional cost paid for professional installation.

If you shop at bestbuy as often as I do (at least 2-4 times a month) this is a must have. Not only are you getting discounts but you also get perks for returns and warranties! The membership basically pays for itself!
