    This is the basic free plan that I have. It works for a basic plan to buy things every now and then from Best Buy. I do see the maximum offers being a better value if you buy more than $500 worth of electronics a quarter from Best Buy. The discounts offered for Plus members are competitive with other offers available like on Target or through Amazon, but if buying a premium plan for $59.99 to save $250 on a home theater system and the accessories and speakers, totally worth it.

    I love the 60 day return policy. Its hassle free if the item you buy goes on sale in that 60 day period. I already recovered close to $100 from a back to school sale that happened after my purchase.

    Although, I only used it once, it seems like a good deal especially since the holidays are around the corner. I was also able to use it within the same purchase which was great. No new card, it's just associated with your cell phone. without further use though, I can't give it 5 stars? I would also like to know the discount received.

    Added the BBPlus membership when I bought TCL 75" TV as it gives 60 day price match. Was not buying at a good time for great sales and this would get me through Black Friday sales. Over month later the TV was on sale at Best Buy for $300 less than I originally paid. Called and got the price match. In a few days the $300 plus tax was refunded to the credit card I used. Well worth the membership.

    I recently purchased my Best Buy membership when I bought a new iPad last month. Haven’t used it yet, though it’s good to have peace of mind with Geek Squad support, and the other perks it offers.

    Bought the plan because of a purchase that I made and wanted the discount and the coverage. I would say that the plan has paid for itself with the initial purchase. What I like is that it give you extended coverage on all purchase items and it give special deals as well. Worth the cost.

    Hi, I thought BestBye is the place where people buy things without worry. But I had really the worst experience. Last July 6th I spent around $4800 something a Tv , sound bar and few other things order # 1125187262127 And it was scheduled for delivery July 29th .. and July 8th I saw the TV price went down $300 .. when I bought the TV was $3300 .. then call BeatBye customer service and ask for price match then the agent say okay we can do that but for now the order is pending once the order is delivered give us a will do the price match and also he give me a Case # 359765158. Then I said okay. The product delivery date was July 29th and it’s came on time then the next day July 30th I give a call to BestBye for price adjustment then agent say we can’t do that you have to go to the store where you bought it .. then I went to the store after they checking everything from the store says you price match it’s already approved just need to process just give them a call they will do it .. then I left the store and call again the BestBye was on phone for an hour the lady same think she I we can’t do that you will have to go to the store .. then again July 31st I went to the store again talk to them .. they told me it’s already there why they don’t process that .. call them again and talk to the customer service manager .. then I called again also spoke to the supervisor but she told me we can’t give the $300 price match .. so my question is way I got miss guided from the beginning.. I could have go next day and cancel my order and re order again and get my price match .. I still can return all the stuff I bought eventually BestBye will lose $$$ because everything is open box now .. my only concern is customer like me spent thousands of $$$ to give you business but if you guys harassing them like that .. then slowly you will loosing business. I will still request if possible please bring the issue to higher level I already share the order number also the case number.. I also have the picture for July 8th but definitely find out if you check the TV price on July 8th ..

    After getting this membership, I do feel like I recieve offers that are limited to others under it. It could offer more like discounts on Geek Squad Services and maybe some coupons for Open Box items. I struggle to believe the more expensive membership is useful to anyone younger than 50, most know how to use and take care of their electronics.

    I can return anything without a 60 day window or get it price matched within that, rather than the 30 day window for all purchases. I was able to get my new laptop for less than 50% of retail by price matching using this membership.

    Usually the best prices on most items like computers, TVs etc. Accessory items are overpriced - buy them elsewhere. I had bad experiences with GEEK squad ... bought an Acer 5050 laptop and it had networking problems. Geek squad couldn't fix it - said it was hardware fault. After LOTS of attempts to fix it, I gave up on the GEEKs ... removed WIN OS and installed Ubuntu myself. Problem solved. It wasn't hardware - it was some kind of software conflict in Acer net management and WIN that they could not resolve. I think they are OK for routine stuff, but they are not competent for complex problems.

    I purchase the subscription because I’m constantly buying stuff for work and stuff for the house. TRUTH IS discounts are not the biggest highlight of this membership, but the random offers they have every month!! That that’s where it pay off.

    The money we got back for our new monitor equaled the cost of our one year membership! Then we got more money back for our new desktop! To top that off, we put our rewards towards a new ipad. We are very happy!
