I signed up for this yearly membership because my friend had told me how good it was and worth the money. The salesman confirmed everything my friend told me. I haven't used it yet, but I have no worries about anything.

I go to best buy atleast one or twice a month, so being able to save money and get discounts on things that I’m wanting feels like another W!

Joining the Best Buy was a no brainer and actually necessary for the amount of purchases I made this holiday season; as there price match policy is great and would not buy any televisions , laptop and gaming computer and purchased an office chair too using my Amazon prime account which I use often because Amazon doesn’t price match or adjust for better pricing

Saving on future purchases with preferred pricing? Not really when you consider price matching. Every time I checked the preferred pricing is exactly what I could get with a free price match. 30-day returns, yes that actually turned out to be helpful. And when I signed up I needed something serviced that paid for the Best Buy Plus or nearly so. Really when I purchased a washer and dryer, no saings. When I bought appliances for the kitchen, no savings. This is where I thought, based on the Best Buy Plus advertising, there would be savings. Overall, it was a little disappointing.

Absolutely noting but good things to say about my experience buying a new phone at Best Buy! Great associate helped with my choice, pointed out what accessories I may want to add. The transfer of phone content seemed pretty effortless. I was truly appreciative when the associate asked if I needed help adding the new purchase to my car! Wonderful product and associates!

Really happy with this purchase; saw the golf tournaments and the colors were spectacular! Easy to use; not crazy about the controller but You Tube helped me out; if I could afford another one, this is it!

My Best buy Plus membership purchase works for me. I do not return many things but when I need to Best buy makes it very uncomplicated. Free shipping and a generous return policy... I mean who needs prime?
