Thank you for recommending this membership. It paid for itself several times over when the computer I purchased went on sale 30 days later, and I was able to price match!

Our experience with the recent purchase and installation of the Frame Series TV was far less than expected. While the sales process was excellent—the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful—the installation service, for which we paid extra, did not meet our expectations. The delivery and installation date was rescheduled twice, and throughout the process, we were not provided with a definitive installation time. This lack of clear communication left us uncertain and inconvenienced. On the day of installation, we waited all day for the technician, who finally arrived just before 7:00 PM. To make matters worse, all of the equipment was transported in the back of his pickup truck, exposed to the rain that day. It became apparent that the installer was unfamiliar with the product when he referred to the manual to determine how to properly mount the TV. He was at our home until almost 9:00 PM, which was much later than anticipated. After he left, we discovered several issues with the installation: the sound bar was angled away from the wall because it was mounted before attaching the frame to the TV, the TV itself was not level, and the mounting was not centered on the wall. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the installation service. The workmanship did not reflect the standards we expected, especially considering the additional cost paid for professional installation.

If you are a constant Best Buy shopaholic like me, this membership is a no-brainer. Probably not worth it if you only shop a few times a year. I have saved quite a bit of money since and the free two-day shipping is a nice benefit along with the 'exclusive' discounts.

Grrat service and product! I was helped by a friendly staff and got my order easy and efficient. The staff was awesome.

Aside from the initial discount that they gave me for applying to the Best Buy Plus membership I have found no value in have this membership. They cannot give any further discounts or anything that is of value. They cannot look up any of my past purchases or give me any information about my account. Not worth paying for this membership.

If you shop at this store, it would make sense to have this subscription. Go check out the benefits and see it its something you can use.

Really lowers prices of products with exclusive deals

Washer and dryer look beautiful. Just got them yesterday so haven't used them yet but I can't wait. The 2 gentlemen that delivered and installed them were awesome. Helpful,knowledgeable and very nice.

This is a nice membership with good deals if you are a light shopper OR an avid shopper! I am not much of an avid shopper. Lol, HOWEVER have found a few items, within the deals that are available being a member, that I love. Even for the light shopper, this membership has earned my $$ back!

60 day return window and it often comes included with the price of purchase for member discounted items.
