I signed up for Plus as part of a promotion, so the cost and the reward basically cancelled each other out. Based on my spending habits, I only saved about $22 dollars that year with the membership. When it came time for renewal, I didn't really see the value, but I did opt to upgrade to the Total tier which gives you 2 years of geek squad coverage per product. Since i was buying a new laptop at the time, that felt like a much better fit for my needs. My biggest complaint is there's not an easy way to upgrade or downgrade yet. You have to cancel the existing membership and buy the one you want.

Decided to get the membership for extended return period. Perks aren’t the best but for $50 it’s worth getting for that return window and with the holidays coming up it might be worth it for the exclusive member price drops on items.

I'm really enjoying this membership option, It's nice to have exclusive sales and to save money on things I want. I especially like the 60 day return window, that in itself has saved me money several times when items have gone on sale after I've purchased them. I've already saved in purchases, Best Buy matches, and plus member's discounts more than the membership costs per year. I was a bit skeptical when Best Buy first changed its rewards program, but now I am totally satisfied and happy with the new membership options.

Great membership, love the rewards and extended returns

This membership offered some good discounts. If you wanted to buy items that included such an offer. Other items I was shopping for we’re not discounted by being a member.

I get membership pricing but most times the saving only cover a portion of the taxes on the product or the offer isn't something I'm interested in. Haven't checked out the warranty section since my iPad purchase is not even six months old. I think for those that buy a lot it's a good deal but not so much if you don't.

This membership saved me money in the first purchase!

I only gave you 3 stars because I was conned into over paying for the tredmill by 75 dollars. The tredmill that I bought was listed for 350 dollars and I was conned into paying 425 dollars by a person that did not speak good the language. This was a rip off. I would like to get some money back!

[Employee of bestbuy] A BestBuy membership may seem like an odd thing at first, but then I asked myself "Why not?" I already have amazon prime and this is less than half of that. BestBuy keeps track of how much I have saved with the membership, and it has already paid for itself and then some! I feel like they are really pushing these memberships and I can see why. So many products have member only pricing that helps you save a buck! And the two months of return and price matching is so worth it. They even price matched black friday! Overall sooooo worth it.

Found help with anything ‘ from washer/dryer combination, to computers helpful.

This is a good deal if you are buying things for a new house or upgrading your old tech. Plenty of savings and other benefits.

Product automatically renews and don’t have to worry about it. Fairly priced as well

By joining it saved me $400 on an LG OLED G5 television. The picture is amazing

The customer service I received was very informative and very pleasant and answered all my questions.

The rep was very kind helped us immediately especially during the black Friday weekend. We were in and out. Told him our dimensions and brands. Dimensions were perfect the cubic feet was smaller but worked out better since we are now less in the household. We are very happy of our Whirlpool selection. Love the water display in oz. I am so glad I got Best Buy Plus membership. It has saved me so much money in the long run! The ability to have a longer return window for purchases, and to get a price match within 2 months of a purchase is fantastic.

As someone who spends thousands with Best Buy year after year, this membership has saved me hundreds of dollars. The price of $50 pays for itself and then some. The extended return period is also a huge plus.
