    I got a upfront discount on this membership that saves me approximately 300. I have not used it for anything else will consider continuing it of it really worth it

    I have subscribtions and memberships for many products and services but this best buy plus membership works so well it makes our choices pretty much easier and simple. You get the membership then you are eigible for members price deals and whats best is you get 60 days return period for most of the products which is soooo good that the products which we are not sure if we like or maynot like can be tried out and surprise we might end up getting to know the product more than we would have thought we knew when we did those research before we land up there. Go for it ! the best your money could get you.

    The Best Buy Plus membership was worth it! I got the membership in October before making a large TV purchase and it was worth it. For starters, I was able to purchase the tv I wanted in October and was able to price match it in November when the price dropped, and didn't have to worry about low inventory since I purchased it in advance. Also, there was an offer for a $50 Best Buy credit once I signed up for it. So essentially it paid for itself! Now I have extended return policies on all of my purchases and can get member-exclusive deals at Best Buy!

    This membership is so worth it. When you have it and you need to do a return, they make everything seamless. Plus, you have an extended price match warranty time. I just got $191 back from my coffee maker that was on sale.

    I love Best Buy and there credit card is awesome!! You can even have them charge your credit card if you don’t have it on your person.

    We went to Best Buy to get a dryer, TV and sound bar. We went to the Los Feliz store and Ariga helped us. She was fantastic in advising us to get the membership and she figured everything out to get us the best deal. A few weeks after this purchase, we needed help with something she was not involved with, but she helped us resolve our issue. We also had a Geek team, lead by Peter in the Pasadena store, install our TV and they were great! Definitely would return to this store if needed any items.

    Horrible experience, we were lied all the time

    This was the most horrible experience I’ve had in years. I got a membership (and a Best Buy credit card) to get a discount on a Dacor refrigerator. While the discount was substantial, the refrigerator was never delivered. Three days before the scheduled delivery date, Best Buy called and told me the delivery window would be from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. that day, but most likely in the morning. They also said I would receive an email from the delivery crew with more details one day before the delivery. One day before the delivery, I kept checking my email, but nothing came. Then, on the actual delivery day, I discovered an email that had been sent two days earlier. It said I had a scheduled delivery appointment — but also said the appointment was not scheduled and that I needed to schedule it. Yes, two completely contradictory statements in the same email! The email included a link to schedule the appointment. I clicked it and found the earliest available date was three weeks out. No mention of a canceled delivery — nothing. I went to Best Buy, and the associates politely explained that this is a custom-built refrigerator and Dacor had not yet manufactured it. I was told I had to reschedule the delivery in three weeks. Fine — I did that and waited again. About a week before the new delivery date, I got a call saying they could deliver it four days earlier. Unfortunately, I was out of town and asked to keep the original appointment. Three days before the appointment, I got another call from Best Buy confirming the same 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. window, most likely in the morning, and that I’d get another email from the delivery crew one day prior. This time, the email did arrive — but it was the same confusing message as before: it confirmed the appointment and simultaneously said the appointment wasn’t scheduled and needed to be scheduled. The link in the email once again only allowed me to reschedule the delivery for three weeks later. I drove to Best Buy again. They told me, once more, that the refrigerator hadn’t been made by Dacor, and there was nothing Best Buy could do. While I was still driving, I received another email stating that the refrigerator was out of stock and would not be delivered that day. At that point, I canceled the order, canceled the membership, and I won’t be returning to Best Buy for a very long time — if ever. I have to say, that we needed the new refrigerator because the old one died, so all that time we had to live without a refirerator.

    We built a new home and bought all new appliances to go in our home and a few new electronics. Having the membership saved us so much money and having the protection plan is also so nice to have. My opinion is the membership is worth every penny.

    This My Best Buy Plus Membership is a great thing to have if you shop at BestBuy. You get special discounts and sales events just for Plus and Total Members. There are a lot of benefits that come along with this membership. Early access to sales is one of them. Special sales events that are specifically for Plus members. I have saved more money buying my favorite technology and household appliances in the past year than I ever have. It’s well worth it.

    I love my plus membership, I’m glad I have this and do plan to renew every year the savings the perks the special membership prices are all worth it and that’s just to name a few there are more benefits to being a member.
