Great because I got a $100 store credit while only paying $50 for the benefits. Although it is renewed yearly, so far so good if you plan on buying big items like tv or appliances

member prices and geek squad unlimited support is great

Specifically purchased "my best buy plus" to take advantage of the 2-day shipping, to complete an important project, however purchased item sat at warehouse for several days or more due to an error and had to contact BBuy just to get things rolling and finally after escalating situation the item shipped.

Free shipping has been my main bonus for the membership, especially with how low cost the membership actually is. I have also saved a few bucks, which is always great.

The downside is ive been told ive had multiple “certificates”/ “discounts” for example one for $100 off ANY Apple product on to be told today that its not even on there anymore… idk why it would disappear i still have the original receipt from the macbook pro 16” M4 pro and the $100 they said would be discounted towards it two weeks later or to other apple devices is jist gone…

Saved me so so much money on electronic protection plan that it pays for itself! Now I can get protection for multiple items without buying seperate protection.

The membership is a great deal, all the benefits that you get from free shipping to special deals and rewards. This my first membership however I will continue purchasing the membership because it’s too good of a deal not to.

It helps with extended return times if needed. Does not cost anything is also a plus.

Main decision to purchase the plan was two fold. A $50 rewards certificate and the protection plan.

Well what can I say? I have not yet been able to fully take advantage of the benefits of the membership card, because I signed up for it when purchasing a laptop. When registering, they promised many interesting conditions, which intrigued me. The only thing I didn’t like was linking my bank card to the store’s member card for further automatic membership renewal. It is not yet possible to disable membership due to problems with the site (I can’t register my personal account). Be careful and don't forget about automatic membership renewal.

The perks are very good. Extended return policy 60 days is a delightful perk especially when the TV i bought went on sale. Ended ul getting a $320 price adjustment

I have been enjoying the member exclusive deals. I also a ticipate the extended return window will come in handy in the future.
