I like the membership but was very disappointed with the bonus award situation. The bonus reward did not return to me when I return a computer I purchased and the customer service hanged up on me.

Definitely came in handy for making sure my electronics were protected. The agents I worked with were polite and helpful, and I’m glad I had this service so I was able to receive the best asssitance when needed.

It has limited value to me. I only spend between $3k & $4k each year at Best Buy. If you need installation it is excellent. For extended warranty and service, the competition beats it. Also reward points can be a real hassle, They have some excellent knowledgeable sales people though. But forget talking to anyone on the phone.

This is the first membership I agreed to regarding purchasing of products from Best Buy. It is excellent & I ma glad I signed up. Covers many scenarios , right down to food spoilage . Bought an expensive new LG refrigerator & feel totally protected by its guaranteed services.

Having the membership is very beneficial to have in todays time. With essentially all home appliances being sold @ best buy, the best buy plus card helps those with not paying for the item all at once. One can make mothly payments and the best part, with zero percent intrest. Also to add, with the geek squad present at bestbuy, you can purchase an additional warranty and if your item has problems, they will come to you and repair it. Best buy is A+ in the products they sell and repairing items if needed.

We bought a fridge that ended up being too small for the space. With the membership we had up to 60 days to return. When we recognized that that we needed a different fridge, we called Best Buy and they came and picked it up. Now we can take our time ordering what we want.

This is a helpful additional plan to have on our original basic family used plan at BESTBUY. My husband and I felt a sense of safety once it was established and explained to us. Lots of great perks.

I had no idea that becoming a member of Best Buy would have so many perks. I did it to get an additional $50 off of a purchase of a computer, but found out after Apple let me know that the computer was defective and to take it back to Best Buy, that I had 60 days to return it and other perks I didn't know about. When I went back, Best Buy was offering an additional $250 as a member for the same computer, so I got the new one at the new discounted rate and processed the refund after I migrated to the new computer. Not only that, but my new apple iWatch was $100 off. What a great deal to become a member and get so many great things in value!!!
