I bought the Plus membership the same day I got the PS5. The reason why I bought it was for piece of mind, just in case something went wrong with the PS5. The Plus membership would give me several more weeks to return or exchange my product since I was buying it as a holiday gift for the family.

Although, I only used it once, it seems like a good deal especially since the holidays are around the corner. I was also able to use it within the same purchase which was great. No new card, it's just associated with your cell phone. without further use though, I can't give it 5 stars? I would also like to know the discount received.

I got this plan. When I purchased a new washer and dryer. I got geek squad services. I also got my protection plan which was great price for the membership since I got that protection plan under the membership as well as the geek squad under the protection of the membership and so far I've had no problems with my washer and dryer and when I was purchasing it everyone was very friendly and help me out a lot and knowledge for what I need it to put up the new washer and dryer. I also got free delivery with the membership

if you are a high shopper at BB than this is for you, I basically got as a trial yet don't think it worked for me overall.

Radel and Abel were very professional, friendly, and efficient when they delivered my purchases. They were just as good when they came back to repair my damaged refrigerator. Radel suggested replacing the damaged refrigerator door instead of replacing the entire refrigerator, which was a much easier, safer, and faster way to take care of the problem. I was very impressed with them.
