Bestbuy created a very good way of how a client reaches and find the product that is looking for.

Miles my advocate has been amazing on helping me achieve my goal for this oven in time for Thanksgiving Dinner. He has been keeping me updated on my new arrival date of my purchase, which is arrive earlier than the original 12/4 delivery. I very much appreciate his help and input to make this happen in time. I am now a happy customer and no longer an unhappy consumer.

After getting this membership, I do feel like I recieve offers that are limited to others under it. It could offer more like discounts on Geek Squad Services and maybe some coupons for Open Box items. I struggle to believe the more expensive membership is useful to anyone younger than 50, most know how to use and take care of their electronics.

This membership has saved me a lot of money that I would of waisted with out the membership, In fact when I signed up there was a promotion with a heavy discount that by signing up the discount paid for the membership for free I recommended this to anyone, Also the support I get when I have issues is Top Notch with an excellent extended warranty sign up now and start saving like I did, and reap the benefits like Member Drops and Huge Member Only Discounts !!!

Madison was a sweetheart. She was patient and very kind. She went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. She listened and when she wasnt able she got help and information for me from someone else. I was truly amazed. She waited with me for so long to do a phone switch and some other queries and she wasnt annoyed not even once. I dont really think you are noticed for the best buy plus membership, no special treatment or discounts associated with it for me. What stood out for me was the service from the employee....Madison.
