The Best Buy plus membership has been an amazing tool that I've been using in my recent Best Buy purchases. Everything I need to know when making business at best buy has been on the Best Buy plus.

It would have been a great benefit for me if I was you ger and always on top of the electronic gadgets. I purchased and returned membership because there was no used for me. 3 - stars for me for goving me the chance to try out and able to return with full credit back when Dissatisfied— True customer service!

Clear specifications, I was hunting a ChromeBook with Bluetooth. The specifications were all very clear. It is nice to have a Chromebook with touchpad that work. Very solid feeling machine

I was wary when Best Buy first introduced paid memberships - the cost seemed excessive for what they were offering compared to what I needed. That said, I was excited when they released the "Plus" version - which gives you many of the benefits of the TotalTech membership without the hefty yearly price tag. I saved more than I spent for the membership within twenty-four hours of purchasing it from the members-only prices on a number of things. I've saved even more since then. Plus with free, fast shipping, I can order whatever I need and have it within just a few days. All around a great value, honestly.

Geek squad was great 3rd party installation was a disaster, no respect didn’t call ahead of time, so they just left and didn’t wait at the home.

Because I did not make many high-dollar purchases the year I paid for the $50 out-of-pocket "Plus" Membership, it was of marginal to little value to me. The value of the Plus membership pales in comparison to the program that existed prior to 5/3/2022 when the "Elite" and "Elite Plus" tiers existed. Back then, with one big purchase, we used to get excellent benefits for the entire year, without a membership fee. Those benefits were significantly better than the current program. I guess Best Buy can't afford to offer such great programs anymore.

It was ok for what I used it for. I wish I could have used it more but it was rare when the items I wanted would go on sale. I did save some and it paid itself off so it wasn’t bad.

I get membership pricing but most times the saving only cover a portion of the taxes on the product or the offer isn't something I'm interested in. Haven't checked out the warranty section since my iPad purchase is not even six months old. I think for those that buy a lot it's a good deal but not so much if you don't.

This membership makes me feel important, by having access to the best deals on products and services that non-members doest have it!

I have a Best Buy membership. So what? The sales rep wanted me done as soon as possible. He didn't want to talk or share insights. He just wanted to complete the transaction and run off to whatever he was preoccupied with. I had questions. This guy? Sorry, pal. Gotta go. Thanks for your money.

I Had a great overall experience purchasing a MacBook for my daughter. I had many questions and they were able to answer all my off them. I plan on returning soon to buy a TV next.

The membership offers a great value, including a refund if the item goes on sale.

I honestly am not certain what to write, as I was encouraged to get the membership by the salesman who I purchased my refrigerator from, and I haven’t taken advantage of it at all.

I have not actively used ,but I have seen many great deals and/or discounts on items.
