I get notices on sale items, and recommendations on open box and refurbished items. So far I’ve had pretty good luck with refurbished items.

This membership is very useful...worth taking the membership

Best membership I’ve ever bought, I love how the return period goes from 2 weeks for non-members to 2 months for members. On top of that you get all types of discounts and perks that automatically apply at checkout. Best membership ever, a no-brained!!

This was pretty much free getting an iPad. Over a month later, I still haven’t had the money to experience anything else this plan has to offer. Maybe do something with video games? Physical media is making a comeback, so maybe something with that? My store is a shell of its former self and it’s sad to see. What was once a wonderland of fun with games and movies everywhere, it’s only computers, TVs, and appliances. The game section is a dwindling afterthought. Who is in charge of these decisions?

The savings on purchases i made during membership period more than paid for itself.

So far all deliveries were on time, setups were well. Great plan to have. Going to have them come out and balance the LG stove. Plan covers all my purchases.

We went to Best Buy to get a dryer, TV and sound bar. We went to the Los Feliz store and Ariga helped us. She was fantastic in advising us to get the membership and she figured everything out to get us the best deal. A few weeks after this purchase, we needed help with something she was not involved with, but she helped us resolve our issue. We also had a Geek team, lead by Peter in the Pasadena store, install our TV and they were great! Definitely would return to this store if needed any items.

Membership saves a little Including delivery and installation

Being honest here... It's ok of a program. I got it when I bought a new computer and saved many dollars with the membership After I bought the computer what pricing offers fall under the discount with the membership isn't really many. What they should do is on ever purchase based on the price of the purchase you should automatically get a % off. After all you are paying them a decent amount of money each year and you should get something more. When I do buy things at BB all I hear is "Sorry, there are no membership discounts for this item". Mainly larger ticket items. Well, I'm not buying a computer every visit. LOL The question underneath this question asks if I would recommend this membership to a friend. They didn't have an indifferent button so I marked yes. Yes would be for... if you are buying a larger ticket item, then yes it would be worth the membership

I have not had a chance to use this product but the sales guts pushed it real hard. So hoping it pays off

To be fair and honest, I didn't have an opportunity to take full advantage of my plus membership. Used it to purchase and save on an Xbox system last Christmas, and didn't take advantage to save more $$ for the remainder of the annual membership. I decided not to renew the membership. So I'm basing the 5 star rating on those opportunities I had to save $$.

I'm really enjoying this membership option, It's nice to have exclusive sales and to save money on things I want. I especially like the 60 day return window, that in itself has saved me money several times when items have gone on sale after I've purchased them. I've already saved in purchases, Best Buy matches, and plus member's discounts more than the membership costs per year. I was a bit skeptical when Best Buy first changed its rewards program, but now I am totally satisfied and happy with the new membership options.

Loving our new Bosch dishwasher. It is so quiet it took us awhile to figure out if it was running. Dishes are cleaner than they've ever been and they come out dry. I read complaints about the way the racks were set up. The setup is different than I'm used to, but I just had to learn to load dishes differently to maximize the number of dishes that fit. The 3rd rack is great for silverware and lids.

So far membership has been great!! Good deals and discounts all around!!
