I really enjoy my best buy plus membership

Good but not great

Also, great additions like LEGO 10% discount should apply to the discount or clearance items.

Great deals and warranty’s to be had

The store is incredible with all kinds of great deals. The service and the help we get makes our visits So enjoyable and we recommended to everybody what a place to go for your technical needs And the geek squad is unbelievable and so professional you shouldn’t go anywhere else, but Best Buy.

Confusing even for your employees.

I was told I'd receive a certificate for $100 on a $6k purchase by the salesperson within 2 weeks. After 3 I revisited the store and they handed off the issue to several people and I was told I was "mistaken" but they'd check and call. I made a supporting $1k soundbar purchase and did receive a $100 certificate for that, for which I purchased a second TV which went smoothly. But I received nothing for the 6k purchase, after being charged $50 for membership. BB should do everything to simplify and clarify this process especially when charging for it.

Well Worth the Investment

It also came with a no restocking fee policy, on return items. The receiver that I purchased was in fact returned because it wouldn't fit in the only space allowed for it. No problems on the return. The next planned purchase will be a larger smart tv for the rec room.

Best Buy is on LIFE SUPPORT and DYING!!!

I ordered a Bosch Range (fairly high end). It took two tries for get delivery (and one trip to the store because there are no real representatives to speak to...you are routed to a call center in God knows where. They plunked it down in my living room on the second delivery date and were unable to install and then remove the old unit. The third trip resulted in the "two stooges" returning to tell me that Best Buy "Professional" installers were needed to do the electrical hookup (and I'm willing to bet they were not licensed union electricians). This was the primary reason I visited the store after the second trip to my home...to get this set up which they failed to do. Now a fourth trip will result in the cancelled order and the unit being returned because Best Buy uses Third Party Contractors. I ended up with yet another trip to the store. We'll see if the unit gets picked up and I get credit. I ordered an upgraded unit from a local supplier in St. Louis (Slyman Brothers Appliance) and they are performing admirably.

The staff made sure that I was satisfied with their service before leaving the store.

The one thing that does bother me is that it was placed behind a paywall. I am a Best buy credi card visa member for over 7 years. These benefits were for the credit card holders free of charge. And now i have to pay in order to get the benefits that i used to have. The plus progra does help with its return window and deals. But it greatly diminished the value of the Best Buy Credit card. What once was a earned bonus now is something you could just buy at the click of a button. Sometimes less is more. Earning something truly make you appreciate it more.

New Best Buy credit card and membership

I’m very very grateful to her. She was super helpful, especially since I don’t know anything about a computer, she walked me through every process and was very thorough And kind and has great customer service skills . I don’t remember her name, but I know she’s also a teacher I think kindergarten.
