Favorite membership gives great deals and really isnt that expensive

The membership is well worth the price. Very reliable and awesome to have the geek squads help whenever needed

Price , availability and delivery time can not be beat. Order an IPad and was a two day delivery and received it next day , prices beat the averages and always available, haven’t had to wait more than a day or two at best for ordered items. !!!

This program is great, haven’t had the chance to use it yet but it does apply discounts at time of purchase

I ordered a few items and wanted to be sure I had the 60 day return window just in case they didn't work out. The Best Buy Plus membership is so reasonable and it offers me great peace of mind. Well worth every cent! My daughter just bought a laptop and I told her to buy the Plus Membership as well, which she did. Highly recommend for the 60 day return option and other nice perks.

The membership is fine, but the mechanics of earning and redeeming rewards is not straightforward at all. The all is very, very confusing, and the credit card link makes it even more confusing.

Best Buy location on Lake Forest is wonderful. Ricki is a great leader and his team is extremely helpful, knowledgable and always willing to help. That is our go to store for anything we need.

My new membership is critical as it extended the return date for a TV I purchased, but I never opened the box for three weeks.

Glad I join the membership when I had to exchange my original item. And like it states within a couple weeks I was able to have a price match cuz the cost went down.

Installation was great and especially if you're purchasing a few items that need install it is worth the cost for the installation.

The membership is great. I bought a laptop along with the membership. Thanks to the sales person. The laptop went on sale for $350 less.. It took only a few minutes in store to get my refund due to the membership. I have recommended this to many people since i made the purchase. Since the refund it makes the referrals so much better.

My laptop died and I hoped to get some input about fixing it. A Geek Squad member spent a few minutes checking it out. I believe he went a bit farther in his investigation than he was required to go. I appreciated that because it saved me some expense. That expense would have been fruitless because the laptop was not fixable for a practical price.
