I like the 60 day price match which was one of reasons why it was purchased. The sales person explained due to a promotion that was currently running, we would receive our membership fee back in 3 weeks. After many, many calls we were informed the sales person made a mistake and the promotion did not apply. The membership fee does not justify the benefits.

However, a couple days ago I found that a sale price brought the price of a new item below my prior open box price. Within 5 minutes I had a refund of the price difference and saved a bit more money on an already excellent deal. Appreciated how easy the process was. They just looked up the information using my membership info and gave the refund back to my card.
