I purchased this when I bought my appliance package and I received enough back in certificates to purchase $585 worth of other items that I probably would have never spent the money on. One thing being the Ninja Slushy maker. I am very excited to try it!

Adding a membership gave an immediate benefit to our purchase, and encouraged us to consider another product to meet our needs. Delivery personnel also responded in a positive way.

My membership record shows that I use the option to have my purchase receipt emailed to me. This allows the clerk to simply check that option during the ring-up of the sale, and saves me the trouble of entering my email address at each purchase.

I used this membership to return something I'd had for 30 days or so and decided it didn't do what I wanted it to do. While doing this, I asked if another purchased item sold for less within that time frame and I was immediately refunded $40 for that price difference. That almost paid for the membership.

I have yet to decide if the membership is worth keeping. It was very helpful in setting up my phone, but the employee neglected to plug in my phone and by the time I exited the store I barely had any power left on my phone.

To this point I am well satisfied with my Best Buy experiences. I feel I have a better understanding of todays technology options due to my conversations with Best Buy staff.

Perfect appliance for my new condo, sales rep was very knowledgeable and took care of delivery options quickly. I am continuing to go to Best Buy for other items— recently bought a new ergonomic mouse.

They succeeded in setting up three televisions and getting them programmed. Explained how to use remotes, record events etc. We could have never gotten things set up and working without their help.
