It isn’t often when you are asked for additional charges when making a purchase and it turns out to be worth it. This membership so far has returned $200 to me for the cost of $50! With the additional benefits provided by the membership, why would I not give it a 5 STAR review?

We love the benefits of earning savings on every purchase. We recently earned enough points to help us afford a new smart tv.

There's not much to say but "if you are a geek, then get the membership". every service gets better with the existing excellent best buy regular service. but the 60-day return is a cherry on top. thank you for building confidence in the consumer community. GG

No issues, staffs were very helpful and professional. I have never had issues with products I purchase from BestBuy

Had an issue with a recent purchase and they came out in a couple days and fixed it with ease, on time and did a great job. So far great first experience!

This is a great opportunity for people who is buying stiff ahead of black Friday to match prices when it is dropped during offers

This membership is a great value. It's nice to know when things are on sale before the people that don't have membership. The Geek squad is always there willing to help out.

I don't like that Best Buy locked the benefits you used to get from the free memberships behind a paid service. I liked the old system that rewarded you with better benefits depending on the amount you purchased that year and didn't ask you to consider spending an extra $50 to get a particular deal. Though the deals I've gotten up to this point have technically recouped my cost, I feel a lot of them would have been available anyway under the previous system that did not require a paid membership. Still, I'm glad Best Buy finally decoupled the tech support/warranty stuff into a higher tier plan and made one available for someone just interested in getting better deals and faster shipping.

I got this alongside my new MacBook, as prices fluctuate. A week after my return window would have expired, this got me $150 back because it was then on sale. I’d highly recommend this with any big ticket purchase,

The major benefit I've seen from this is the fast shipping. Personally I've had limited luck with saving on items. I'd like to see more BF/CM exclusives, early or pricing.

The employee who served me was very helpful and helped me make a great selction on my appliances. Walked out with all 3 of appliances amd a new member. Thank you Best Buy for the best buy i could make lol!

love the value of the membership - great quality and geek squad help

This membership is amazing. Im able to return things in a timely manner and get a particular item within reason with this membership. Its also cost friendly and i would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I just started my membership so I have yet to use all of the benefits but I do love the return/ price match policy.

Good value for the price with peace of mind knowing help is always there.
