I love my experience with Best Buy plus being able to get your stuff in a two day span or if anything happens with your PC you can go back and get it fixed for free. The fact that most of the stuff in the store is half off depending on what you buy and there’s literally a geek squad where you can go and take a PC and they could put in the parts for you. It’s amazing.

We purchased the Best Buy Plus membership when we upgraded our television. It is great knowing I have access to the Geek Squad and I am impressed with how quickly rewards certificates accumulate!

Good deal on membership. However I wish there were better deals on the products, more items with special pricing with members.

I love Best buy its my Favorite store to shop in. Its always a pleasant visit with all the latest gadegets and Equipment. Plus they give you items without even asking for a downpaayment, once you sign up to be a member and get their card. I love it, they make me so happy. Shop there Today, They are the best!!!!!!!!

I went into Best Buy to purchase some rear channel speakers for my surround sound system, after getting all the information from your sales staff he helped me locate the speakers I needed but they were no longer available so he helped me with finding info on some that would work but unfortunately not from BB, so I inquired about a Apple Watch is which he was extremely helpful answering all my questions so I purchased the apple 10 series watch and couldn’t be happier! Plus my membership saved me money!

This membership is a real value. I had an extended protection on my purchase.

It actually has came in handy so many times while shopping here and I am an 5-10 times a year customer.

My membership to Best Buy has been a huge help to our household! Not only is the service on point, but having the secure feeling of knowing that their assistance is fast and efficient is reassuring. I recommend 100%

I haven’t had the opportunity to use my membership to the degree in which it provides benefits, but I intend to. I’m still waiting to receive the $75 promotional gift based on my purchase of the MacBook Air. Hopping to receive it soon.

This year I’ve enjoyed the My Best Buy plus membership. I did enjoy the free shipping, and the occasional members discounts that interested me; however, more then once these same items became on sale one or two weeks after the members exclusive sale which can be price matched, and I have done so more then once. One of the greatest benefit is the extended return window, but that also has its issues. If you are past the “normal” window the app will not let you begin the return you have to go in the store at which point they can and will help you. The only time that I need this feature the staff acknowledged how it could be misleading using the app, as it does not differentiate members and non members for returns.

So far so good. I Like the 60 day return window, but wish it came with more benefits. I have yet to find anything I’ve wanted with the special member sales.

The My Best Buy Plus membership has been completely worth it. The exclusive member pricing and free shipping have already saved me money on a few big purchases. I also love the extended return window and access to early deals—it makes shopping stress-free and convenient. It’s a solid value if you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year.

This membership idea is great... it gives you more added protection, you can return or exchange for longer windows, it gives you some extra rewards that you might need later... thanks Best Buy for coming up with this

I think the price can be intimidating initially, but when it comes to electronics, you'll quickly find that it's well worth 1/2 days of annual working hours in cost. They're cordial and quick to help you when you have an issue with your products. Just don't let the paymeny lapse, or you lose said coverage

Okay, this is by far the best thing you can do if you’re a frequent buyer at Best Buy. It’s a no-brainer. You get your money back instantly. I pretty much purchased my membership and paid it off with my first purchase because I saved the exact amount. I can’t wait to continue using it because you give me crazy discounts. I wish I had purchased it sooner.

I am currently a My Best Buy Plus member, which costs $50 per year. Best Buy has another membership called My Best Buy Total, which costs $180 per year. With the one I have; you receive several benefits, such as free 2-day shipping and a 60-day return window on most products. Best Buy also has sales that are exclusive to My Best Buy members. If you upgrade to the Total plan, you receive several additional benefits that are worth it if you buy a lot of expensive electronics from Best Buy. For example, you get 24/7 tech support, VIP member support, 20% off repairs, and protection plans are included with most products as long as you maintain your membership. That includes AppleCare+ for all Apple products where AppleCare+ is available. If you typically buy AppleCare+ for your new Apple products, the savings could be significant if you subscribe to My Best Buy Total instead of buying AppleCare+ separately for each product.

There’s definitely good value with this. I was able to get money back for something I bought and the employees are very helpful with details about it. I would definitely recommend this if you go to Best Buy even a couple times. it’s super helpful.
