After more than a decade that included a pandemic that increased the use of the TV that we had previously purchased our first Big Screen Samsun TV had given it's best and we decided that we needed a new one. There was no date we would go to Best Buy over as we had before over a decade earlier. We bought a new Samsung and love it. Our experience with the store is that there is no pressure, just a good product, a fair price, patient employees and people who stay with best buy for years and respect their clients. We believe that the product and the people are the best.

it’s totally worth it, it literally paid for itself because I was purchasing a control for my son and it knocked the price down by like $65 dollars & the customer service rep explained everything to me, she was so nice, I love Best Buy

I love best buy , this is my favourite store ♥️ I love Best Buy. In this store, there are always responsible consultants who are ready to give advice and provide proper guidance. There are always discounts on all products, and you can purchase any electronics with a warranty.

Found out the membership has no benefits in the event you have an issue with your laptop even though the laptop was purchased at Best Buy 7 months ago and was under factory warrant. They fixed the problem but only after I agreed to erase all my safe data, was hoping for more...

Purchasing this membership is almost a necessity to shopping at Best Buy now — especially for larger purchases. You want that peace of mind, and the access to deals is gravy.

This membership will pay for itself if your buy more than one electronic from Best buy in a year. The ease of returns and the overall in and out process with the my best buy plus most definitely has been worth it for me.

I love my "my best buy plus" account. So convenient and user friendly. With notifications so I don't miss anything to special deals that I wouldn't get without it, I wish I had it sooner.

We used this the first year and it was great but since we didn’t have anything big coming up to buy we cancelled it.

It’s worth the free trials alone. Currently Apple TV has a 3m and a 1m, and you can use up both. So that’s $40 there. Free 1month FUBU TV, which is why I got the membership, sadly they got rid of my only channels so that was a bust. But there’s also Sirius and YT premium, so not a loss. I found it Difficult and frustrating to look up Items specifically with BB+ discount, and didn’t find discounts that served me. This is great if you see a discount that’s worth it or a free trial.

I am very satisfied with my membership purchase, I have really saved incredible amounts of money and I receive offers similar to BlackFriday or even better throughout the year. I love the BestBuy store, I live in Tijuana and I cross to buy 100% of my electronics, televisions, monitors, cables, even my cell phone. Love BestBuy, recommended!

Overall pretty happy with this. The option of extended returns has been very valuable in the past. Best Buy online customer service is not great. Much better experience in retail stores. Be aware, it does auto-renew annually.

The sales rep encouraged me to purchase the membership and so far saved me $179 on my Starlink system!!

I have used my geek squad membership twice now and had the same young man both times. He was great!! I don't recall his name he had dark curly hair. He was knowledgeable and very nice, an excellent representative for Best Buy. Other than that I have not had the chance to do anymore at Best Buy. I will be in soon. Betty

Good savings and deals. A little expensive price for membership.

Nice to get some lower prices but I feel like members should get more in rewards or more of a discount. I purchased the membership because I made a large purchase.

OK so far. Offers some peace of mind on bigger purchases.
