I wasn't sure I would need this. It seemed frivolous at the time, but so far the price match for the 2 months is easily worth it as it's saved me $150 on a macbook purchase.

Definitely real value, but the upgrade is most buck for money, since it automatically buys any protection for your product. Protection is definitely not cheap so it’s good they include it for every device in the upgrade plan.

I recently bought a Lenovo all in one pc and it's fantastic,easy to use and has a great picture. It's perfect for my needs and my best buy membership definitely made this happen. Thanks Best Buy.

Its an excellent buy for most people who remain Loyal to Best Buy and their sales. Consider upgrading to Total as well with any purchases made over 1k dollars as I did the same. You have the option to extend coverage and get early jumps on sales which come in handy especially during the holiday season. Convenience is key.

I honestly applied for a Best Buy credit card because my dad had it, when I was younger and he helped me purchase my first iMac computer. Just Luvin' my new Samsung OLED S90D TV. Other than having to do 2 factory resets (which restored performance perfectly) this is by far the best I've ever had. The color, contrast and resolution are everything the other reviewers (and manufacturer) reported. I can't speak to the sound quality as I purchased a lower level Samsung sound bar to go with it. I did have an auxiliary amp setup with my previous TV but this is the first I've had the benefit of a subwoofer which provides a theater-like experience. So glad I got this package!

I love my membership care it gives me the freedom to buy what I need. I don't know a lot about computers. When I need help they are always there. In the past I bought a T.V. cellphone, Radio and, iPad. Recently I bought two phone chargers. Thanks best buy.

I feel this should be at a lower price. I had serious issues with long delivery and the rules were not explained to me the return policy (14 days) but with this membership I could come in side the store on my day off from work and take care of business (day 15, 16, 17 or 18 days later) This was a big game changer.

First off, Julio and his partner (embarrassed I can’t remember his name) came out to my home to install my new LG 77” TV and could not get it to work. They tried everything and finally it was felt that either my 10 years old AVR was not compatible or there was a flaw in the new TV. Julio ordered a new, replacement TV and within 7 days they were back with a new unit. In the meantime, I realized that my AVR was 10 years old. My membership saved me $150 on a new Denon AVR and I saved $150 on my TV wall mounted installation. When Julio hooked my new AVR to the TV they had previously installed, everything worked perfectly. Thanks to Best Buy and their incredible team!

I'm disappointed. I bought a new PC and ITUNES keeps messing up. I thought I would have no issues - but as it turns out the PC would not restart on its own, I had to get technical help to get that to work. This is supposed tpo be a gaming PC so i don't understand the issue with ITUNES. ANd to get help I have to pay the Geek Squad when they should have to help to make me happy - but of course - only money makes anyone happy - not a satisfied customer. The other problem I have is I signed in online and I saved my userid and password - but of course it says my information is invalid.

Very excited that I purchased the Plus Membership when I purchased my new Macbook computer....being a member has allowed me to utilize the benefit on several occasions. Appreciate the fact that the salesperson let me know about the savings.

Having this membership really does have a lot of beneficial options to it. The fact that you have 60 days to return, something is phenomenal. It gives you enough chance to actually see if you like the item and if you don’t like it, you can return it, but you have enough time to find out. To return window to and price matching ability is also a big bonus! 60 days and the item goes on sale you get the difference wonderful! Geek squad attention if needed is an absolute bonus too!

Member prices plus unlimited Geek Squad support are just some of the perks of this membership. And our first year was free with the purchase of a new fridge!
