I bought a laptop and the membership to get a discount on the laptop. I was supposed to get 2 $25 reward certificates due to the membership. I received them, and then tried to make purchases using them within the 1 month promotional period. One of them correctly went through, but the item the second certificate was supposed to apply to, Best Buy cancelled the order because they didn’t have it in stock. That’s fine, I’ll order something else, but the credits just said pending and hadn’t been returned to me after a week. I contact support (within the promotional period) and they assure me they’ll be returned within 5 days. I explicitly ask if they’ll go through because 5 days from now wouldn’t be within the promotional period. They assure me they will. Of course they don’t, so I contact support again a few weeks later. They redirect me to rewards, say they’ll fix it, and then assure me that they’ll send me an email within 48 hours to update me. No email update. I left every conversation with support feeling positive, like I was being helped, but then all the promises were empty and nothing was ever actually fixed. I’ve wasted too much time on the phone and online with the support chat, where I literally saved the chat transcripts that promised resolution. I will not be renewing this membership. Rewards only save me money if I can actually use them.

My visit was informative and efficient. Justin was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding me the device that suited my needs and was within my price range and the overall experience was more than satisfactory with customer service providing a pleasant secure purchace feeling.

First TV in several years. I was in the market after my tv from 2014 finally stopped working. I had Best Buy deliver and install. Initially I thought I may be making a mistake going from a 50 inch to a 98 inch TV , but it is perfect. My wife even likes it !!! Great job on install and love the features and picture quality.

The membership is great. I love my purchase. It works well right now and I hope it continues.

We haven't used any other perks other than the initial discounted pricing when purchasing a new microwave. Appreciated Gabby offering the program.

I like the options being part of the Best Buy membership offers and the benefits you receive.

Saved $800 on our purchase of a new KitchenAid refrigerator a couple of months ago. I would not have purchased this fridge without that benefit. Certainly worth the membership price.

I do like to go into Best Buy to shop and get a Hands On feel of the product. The Associates are knowledge and helpful. Their products are fairly competitive

Definitely worth getting cheaper deals with this membership through the year.

The membership has saved me money and offered rewards that I spent on other purchases.

If you shop at BestBuy frequently it will increase rewards, but it will rarely give you a price that can't be matched elsewhere.

Don't usually use my membership, don't buy often, just when I need something

Having little experience with Best Buy went there to look at tvs, knowing what type of tv we wanted. The Geek guy assigned to us showed us various models, at the last moment showed us a great tv from previous year which fit the bill.....namely the price fit our budget. SOLD! Their aim is to please!
