I think the sales man was kind of pushy and now that Christmas is over, I do not see the reason we bought this as he had been "hearing" there would be a price break which would get a refund/credit towards or account on these purchases

G.O.A.T.! I've had some minor (operator error--me) issues and Christina and Lorenzo have been extremely patient wit me checking with me on the phone and returning to fix my issues. I Purchased the AirPod pro max and when they went on sale for Black Friday I was able to use my Best Buy plus member ship and was refunded the difference in what I paid vs the Black Friday price highly recommend for large purchases you have 90 days to use this perk

I didnt think I would use my membership that often but I have found that I have used it alot and it has come in handy so I paid again this year it’s worth having

I got this membership because I was recommended it buy a store associate, who actually helped me returned an item after it’s expired return date. Did not know that the membership includes a month to return items instead of its 14day return policy. Which is great opportunity for us as customers to try something out before actually being locked in to the item we choose. In my case I got the meta quest 3 and was not satisfied with it , therefore I returned the item. This membership has other great perks as Item discounts on top of store discounted items , 2 day shipping (which is great) and upcoming sales and events. Very great perks and well worth it, I personally myself might upgrade my membership to their Best Buy total membership.
