The associate in store lied to me and said that the NFL Sunday ticket was included for free with either membership plan. I stopped doing business with you guys for several years after spending most of my adult life buying every TV, Computer, appliance, etc. from you guys when you started the whole membership stuff. I decided to give you guys another try and even opened a $4,000 credit line with your BestBuy Citi Visa Card. I spent $3,000 that day because you only give the 10% rewards on the initial purchase which in itself was sad. You would think it would at least be one day not one purchase. So I go to try and redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket and then it says I need to pay an additional $258 for the package. I later find out the information I was given about the motherboard they sold me was incorrect and one of the drives I purchased had to be returned as it would be a waste as the board was not capable of the speeds it was rated for. Had I known this I could have purchased 2 of the correct one’s for the same price and not missed out on the 10% rewards due to your single purchase policy. The absolute cherry on top was the $800 3D Printer I had ordered was delivered to the wrong house… Unbelievable first experience back. I feel foolish for opening this credit line. I paid off my balance in full and I’m considering closing the account.

The perks are worth the $50! I haven’t had to wait for any pre orders and the deals offered on members only pricing are great! I used to price match everything with Amazon but you’re getting Bestbuy quality at a crazy good price. I don’t regret the $50 fee at all!

Definitely a great value! I purchased Sony headphones and the sales associate said they would probably go on sale but if I got the Plus membership, if they went on sale within 60 days I could get the refund for the difference. It totally ended up paying for itself because they did indeed go on sale!

Best Buy is the best and most organized store to do your shopping

Unfortunately, I haven't taken full advantage of the membership benefits so I can't give a good review. The only thing I've done was to return an item and it was a worry free experience. Ultimately, this means that I likely won't renew the membership.

Bought this for the Switch 2 launch, since they give you $20 for every $150 you spend on Nintendo products. Looking forward to the Switch 2 launch, hopefully i can snag one without too much difficulty.
