I just cancelled this because I was misinformed about the benefits of having it. I was tols it included the geek squad and it does not.

I haven’t found the membership to be advantageous. The deals have not been to my satisfaction. I need lightning earplug connection but was sent the wrong type. Then the lightning were not available although they showed to be online.

It's a good program if you make regular purchases.

You get good deals being a member. Also discounts, and inexpensive to renew.

Wow! Feeling pretty ripped off about now. My Wife and I live in a small town about sixty miles from the nearest Best-Buy location. When we were in town we came in to make a purchase and we were told that this "Best-Buy +" membership would be the neatest thing since the spoon for us given the fact that we lived so far away and being disabled makes it more difficult to travel. We were led to believe that being members of this exclusive "+" membership that we had access to "THE GEEK SQUAD" that could come out and fix stuff. So, three months ago my I bought my Wife an iPad 10th generation and we also got her the iPencil that works writing and doing artsy type stufff on it and it worked great till yesterday when she had an update from apple after which installed would no longer recognize the pencil thingy. So with the confidence that i was covered because I payed an extra fifty-something buck had this wonderful Best-Buy-Plus coverage only to have the folks on the phone tell me that I could make an appointment with them for a time that we could BRING IT IN... Excuse me, but how is that any different from any other customer WITHOUT this wonderful membership plan? So I guess the only option we're left with is to wait until I can come into town so I can exchange or return it and terminate my exclusive club membership. I had to laugh at the end of the call though when the employee asked "if there was anything else he could help me with today" when all I could respond with was to ask him "what have you helped me with up till now"???

I was able to cut my internet bill in half and to get better service through starlink . Joining the membership club also got me a discount when I bought it .

So far I’m loving it. Also just had my tv delivered yesterday and they were very friendly and helpful.

Membership included extended warranty plus a discount on the printer that I purchased - A great Value!

This membership is a great boon and adds a lot of value to our shopping experience at Best Buy!

Although there is the up front cost, there is definite value with the benefits with the Best Buy Plus membership. Return window is notably longer for products. On a first purchase with the membership, got $25.00 off right away on a product. As more items were purchased over the year the savings with the Plus membership already exceeded the cost of the membership by far.

This was basically free for me due to a deal when purchasing my tablet. It provides some nice perks, and I think it will be easy to get the value I need out of it after my deal.

I'm not really sure what I got with this membership yet, but subscribing got me a good deal on the phone I was buying so assuming I get other good deals I'd say it is worth it.

Good program for those buying appliances or tv or computers.

I had a great experience here - the salesperson was helpful for my choice, I was going to get one model but because of how I was going to use my tablet, he suggested a little bit better one ! Which was very helpful - I wanted the right one for my usage ! Wasn't to worried about price. Will come back for a phone !

I had a great time with this membership at the time, I built my PC with parts from Best Buy and I have no issues with them to this day. Keep up the great work. My number one go-to store for any sort of electronics.
