A helpful Best Buy associate told me about the membership offer. I was skeptical of the benefits but agreed on the basis that Best Buy would match prices of other retailers after the sale. Shortly thereafter, a retailer marked down the small appliance I had bought, and with My Best Buy Plus's benefits I saved more than the price of membership and received a $50 promotional certificate from a Member Exclusive Month Benefit.

Appreciate the sense of security if problems develop.

Salesman pushed the annual membership when we purchased our tv. Unfortunately he misled us about the$100 bonus. It came but we have to use it in basically 1 MONTH. That was never disclosed by the salesman. Cheap way to get us to spend $50 for limited use.

I decided to add on the Best Buy plus, because I was buying a big purchase and wanted to make sure I had the best protection. It also increases the return time frame and price match. The price went down on one of my items by $120, and they didn't hesitate to match the price. Well worth it.

Great discounts if you have things to buy, but not sure if it will be worth renewing unless I have a need to purchase something again that will save the membership amount.

Great bene fits and perks with BB membership. Also, when you purchase something and if it goes on sale AFTER you have purchased you are credited the difference on the new sale price.

An excellent membership if you feel you'll be shopping throughout the year at Best Buy. Definitely worth the money and good to have for any techie or average Best Buy shopper.

I love signing up for memberships and getting extra rewards. However, not sure what I'm getting at the moment! Either way, I'm sure its a good thing. So here's to more savings!

The Best Buy Plus membership is a good purchase to take advantage of the membership only deals as well as the free 2-day shipping. So far the discounts I have received on my purchases has outweighed the cost of the membership.

I am not really seeing any benefits of this membership. It seems like I am paying for something that should be included with my choice of shopping with your company. I can buy the same items cheaper online, just no convenience of having it in my hands the same day.

I had a great experience here - the salesperson was helpful for my choice, I was going to get one model but because of how I was going to use my tablet, he suggested a little bit better one ! Which was very helpful - I wanted the right one for my usage ! Wasn't to worried about price. Will come back for a phone !

The membership started out as a great value, especially buy 2, get 1 free on Switch games that was promoted as an "every day" deal. That deal has subsequently been discontinued with no notice. It may be due to Christmas deals upcoming, but it was a disappointment. Money saved on other products has been rather spotty. Sometimes the "member price" is only a few dollars less, so I haven't been able to get a significant savings from this subscription on these items; the items that do have big savings I am not in the market for currently. While I did get my money back and then some with the Switch game deal, the return of the Switch game deal (or something similar) will determine if I renew next year.

AWESOME SERVICE! Recently got a speaker system from Best Buy and it really helped me to save money and get the maximum amount of coverage for my tech. Haven’t had any problems since I joined.

I enjoy that I can have a better time to test things to see if I like them before buying I enjoy the customer experience and the 60day return policy and I really enjoy the discounts they give
