I love having a protection plan plus saving on my this plan with a purchase I was making anyway! It is reassuring to know I have Geek Squad protection for my devices.

I haven’t really found any items having this membership has benefited me on purchasing. I think the price is fair but haven’t found anything I’m looking for being a member plus item of benefit

Membership is fantastic, Quality device and install was flawless.

Very useful because I do purchase a lot of stuff from here. Extends my return policy and if something goes wrong with my products Best Buy has always been helpful at finding a resolution.

Our experience with the recent purchase and installation of the Frame Series TV was far less than expected. While the sales process was excellent—the sales person was knowledgeable and helpful—the installation service, for which we paid extra, did not meet our expectations. The delivery and installation date was rescheduled twice, and throughout the process, we were not provided with a definitive installation time. This lack of clear communication left us uncertain and inconvenienced. On the day of installation, we waited all day for the technician, who finally arrived just before 7:00 PM. To make matters worse, all of the equipment was transported in the back of his pickup truck, exposed to the rain that day. It became apparent that the installer was unfamiliar with the product when he referred to the manual to determine how to properly mount the TV. He was at our home until almost 9:00 PM, which was much later than anticipated. After he left, we discovered several issues with the installation: the sound bar was angled away from the wall because it was mounted before attaching the frame to the TV, the TV itself was not level, and the mounting was not centered on the wall. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the installation service. The workmanship did not reflect the standards we expected, especially considering the additional cost paid for professional installation.

This membership is amazing. My apple pencil stopped working just after i bought it. I took it to the Geek Squad and they helped me out. They were kind and supportive. I got a new pencil and use it every day! Thank you guys!

This membership is one of the best things I've done. With my busy schedule I can't always test a purchase within the 15 day return. But with the 60 day return, it works for me.

The membership is a real value. I do recommend it

Love the fact that with my membership, I created piece of mind knowing if something breaks the geek squad can try to fix it. Also, I get the best deals available for what I need in electronics or what Best Buy has to offer.

There’s pretty good value saved me some money on a bigger purchase upfront, then has gotten me a few nice discounts and access to reward dollars which can be used on anything, including giftcards. So those combined with the savings on an occasional purchase makes it worth having. Plus extended return windows!
