I was able to email my sales associate for a price adjustment instead of making a trip to the store.

I buy a lot of tech and tend to have to return/exchange items as I often don't know until i get them home if they will work for what i need. having the extra time to test out the tech and the peace of mind of not worrying about a small return window is worth the money for me

Auto renewal is a rip off gimmick. If the service/membership is beneficial to a customer…they will choose to renew. BB should be above such shaky gimmicks
