Trust is needed with products used daily.

The employees seem to know some outline of the products or honest enough to check guidelines within Best Buy data.

So I’m anger, I decided to see if I had any savings. Welp, sure enough, I was able to get $150 back!! It was also the easiest and fastest thing ever. Didn’t have to take the product with me. Just scan my phone and boom, right back to my card. Yes, you have to watch the prices in your shopping cart but it’s kinda fun!

Not bad i love it.

But i really wish we could get points and gift certificates like before.

Shop smart and look for deals.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In today’s economy you have to shop smart and take advantage of every opportunity, I got this membership because the cost was recuperated instantly with a big purchase we needed, and it (so far) has saved more off shipping and some things on sale. We live in a rural area and Amazon shipping can take a week, these guys ship same day we receive items 90% of the time in two or three days. Good value

Good perks, decent value membership

Better shipping, exclusive member prices on certain items, and it’s great you get an extended return window. The value will come down to how much you utilize the membership.

Membership Works as Advertised

My sales person recommended I keep an eye out for a sale and use my membership to recoup some of the purchase price. The next day I saw my laptop was on sale. I went on line using my membership and got a $200 refund.

Worst service EVER
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a laptop and an individual MicrosSoft office subscription for my wife in October. In December I needed to get a laptop for myself so I purchased one online and the agent I talked to told me that I could purchase the Microsoft family subscription and cancel the individual one and get a refund for the remainder of the year. I chatted with an agent this week who told me the same thing but that I needed to call to do it. That agent also told me I would receive a transcript of our chat via email, which never happened. When I called the agent told me that they could not refund the individual subscription. He did tell me to cancel my family and when I said that would mean I won’t have office on my computer he said yes. I asked to speak with a supervisor and when that person told me no I asked to be escalated again and he said no. I asked again and he said the answer won’t be different and I still said I wanted to speak with a superior. He said no and I asked again and he hung up on me. At no point did I raise my voice or use bad language. I have worked retail so I understand the agents side of things, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had.

Great Service
