I would not be able to use my laptop to its full capability without the geek squad. They are amazing and I’m so happy that I got the membership. It really is worth every penny of it.

If you don't have a membership edit spy you losing out eight I hope with prices it helps with almost anything you need great deals we're at the membership allow you to do things others can't do get one that would be the best thing you do if you were in to electronic store just about anything

This membership is great, my best takeaway was that if I bought something and it went on sale within 15 days I could call and get the difference paid back to me, which I did for my Omen 16” gaming laptop which I got $450 back in when it went on sale during Black Friday, it was a lifesaver.

The membership really works… I gives you a peace of mind when it’s about returning products…

I haven’t benefited from the subscription, but I’m sure it will come in handy down the line.

I purchased the membership and I think it’s a really good thing to have. With this membership you get more time to be able return an item which is great.

Well, most of the time it's a great feature as we get longer times to review items, and return windows. I was trying to purchase a Video card recently and each time I was lucky enough to get one in my Card they would charge my Credit Card, then 5 minutes later Cancel the order. This happened like 5 times. I called customer service and was told that was nothing I could do but to keep trying. Telling me to use a different Card or some other means. I believe they were treating me like some Auto Buy Bot for those GPU's even though I was a real person with a Plus membership and calling them on the phone. Needless to say, I had to purchase the GPU from Amazon instead. Also tried to purchase A TV and same problem, Warranty was $500 to extend but Samsung provided a free extended 4-year warranty, so again did not purchase from Best Buy. So this year, I have not used my Plus membership due to not being able to purchase anything without the orders being canceled. I may let it lapse this year, and if I need another high-dollar Item, repurchase.

Best Buy’s Membership Plus has been totally worth it for me. The extended return window, tech support, and exclusive savings make a big difference. I love the free same-day delivery and the added protection benefits — it gives real peace of mind. Overall, a solid membership if you shop at Best Buy often.

I like the plan, get good benefits and perks! But I really got it for Pokémon card shopping online. Zero luck there! So haven’t really purchased much to really found out the good stuff lol auto checkout bots clear the stuff before you can even view the item.

The team was very helpful in finding me the right phone for my needs and then quickly transferring the data for me. I was very impressed and will return again in the future.

This mid tier subscription is a good buy if you buy any high value tech. I got it mainly to extend return windows beyond the typical 2 weeks. So far I haven't had to use it but the peace of mind is worth the price.
