The fact that everything in the shopping experience becomes personal while I get discounts on discounts not to mention the cost of ALL THESE ADVANTAGES… is basically 0$ — I am forever in awe! Cheers to the other members. Yesterday I joked about wanting to meet the other members and HI Best BUY - ain’t that something to think about … :)

It has been extremely helpful when I was having issues with my iPhone being stuck with the Apple on my screen. I couldn’t get it to do anything. They were able to move my phone past the symbol and I haven’t had an issue since.

The guy at the front desk upsold this item as a way to get alerts on items I wanted to buy. He told me by favoriting them in the app, I'd get notifications on when Items became available, which has yet to happen. No in store discounts or really any known benefit to this program. A waste of $30, prove me wrong.

I purchased this membership along with a headphones brand new. I had to return the headphones was not the right product when I returned it they never returned my membership that I purchased with it. I went to Best Buy another day and asked somebody else at work there. It looked like a supervisor and he gave me a man’s card business card for Best Buy employee to call. I think he was not very helpful. He seemed very stressed and did not explain why I needed a call this guy and he could not issue me a refund at that moment very disappointed in Best Buy service.
