I can't complain, considering I shop BestBuy quite a bit. The discounts have already totaled more than the cost of the service. The Geek Squad support doesn't hurt. I've not actually had to take advantage of it, but it's nice to have.

It’s a great membership to have, the discounts are great and saves you money in the long run. Look into it, you won’t regret it.

This plan is totally worth it. I didn’t use or need it much but it came in handy when I did need it.

Best But has always been my "Go To" store for everything from Appliances to Electronics. The Membership program is fantastic including flexible financing options, excellent warranty protection, quality products, and preview of upcoming sales. Loyal customer for 14 years.

So I bought the My Best Buy Plus plan while I was shopping for a new laptop. It's kind of difficult to decide which machine is going to be the best during either the first 10 minutes playing with it in the store, or even during the 2 week return period. With the Plus membership, you get a ridiculous 2 month return period, even on electronics.

Honestly I really havent had a chance to utilize this membership outside of an initial purchase and kind of just gets forgotten. Might be an opportunity here for BB to remind members what it is that they get with this membership.

Good value, provides free delivery and more return flexibility

I got this membership when I bought a new laptop. The membership was 50$ but gave me 50$ off the laptop, so the net cost was nothing, which is the only reason I signed up for it. So far I haven't used any perks, but I'm glad to have them, especially the four month free subscription to AppleTV (idk if that was a temporary promotion or what), which I'm saving for when I eventually have time to watch stuff.

Signing up was quick and easy. Applying it to my purchases have been very beneficial.

The problem is, I haven’t received the physical yellow card in the mail. I couldn’t find a digital version of the yellow card on the Best Buy app either. My profile on the app only shows a small membership number. I am glad the cashier was able to locate it successfully.

Just relocated in the last six months and having the "one stop" option on so many different needs was a huge plus. Delivery and install went smoothly.

Helpful information and service. Ordered online for an in store pick up before catching a flight !! Timing was perfect.

I would like to see a more substantial rewards for this program.
